The server didn’t work for more than 2…
The trading server (BlueWhale Markets) was down for more than two months, so I couldn’t trade and had to wait until it worked again.
After that, Falcon blocked my account for “35 days of inactivity.”
Later I found out they had changed to a new server, but I never received the new login details because the email went to my spam folder.
I explained everything and showed proof that I had been active before, but support refused to restore my account or give me new credentials.
It feels very unfair, since the inactivity was caused by their server outage and poor communication, not by me.
Really disappointing experience.

It’s true that we experienced an extended server disruption with BlueWhale Markets, which was a third-party provider outside of our direct control. During that period, our team worked hard to assist traders by issuing TradeLocker accounts and extensions wherever possible to ensure no one lost trading opportunities.
Once the new server was launched, all traders received an email with updated login credentials and connection details. Unfortunately, in some isolated cases, these automated messages were filtered to spam folders — and we understand how that could have caused confusion or inactivity.
That said, the 35-day inactivity rule is a standard part of our operational policy and applies across all accounts for fairness and compliance reasons. When that time frame is exceeded, the system automatically marks an account as inactive.
We regret that this situation left you feeling unfairly treated. Please reach out to our support team again with your account ID and previous ticket number — we’ll be happy to review your case manually to see if a reset or discount toward a new challenge can be offered as a goodwill gesture.

If you want to be heartbroken, stay with them.
I passed the challenges, but comes pay out, they will find reasons not to pay. During the challenges, they give feedbacks on my trades, so making sure that I do not violate any of those, I pro actively make sure my trades are in accordance with the rules and implemented the feedback to trade better and to protect the capital I am given. But so sad, despite being obedient, and disciplined sticking to the strategy and to the plan, they still would find a way to not pay. So disappointing, so avoid. Find another prop firm that is worth your skill and time.

To clarify:
All trade timestamps are recorded in UT (Coordinated Universal Time), which is the official and consistent reference for our News Trading Policy.
Platform dashboards may display a local offset (e.g., UTC-1) depending on the server or broker connection, but all compliance reviews are standardized to UT so that every trader worldwide is measured by the same timing system.
Your account was reviewed manually, and the trades in question were verified as executed within 10 minutes of a high-impact news release, which constitutes a rule breach when the News Trading Add-On has not been purchased.
We understand that timezone differences can be confusing, which is why this policy — and the use of UT — is stated clearly in our Trading Rules. We encourage traders to review that documentation or reach out to our support team before trading during volatile periods.

This is NOT a prop firm, it’s just a scam, I have passed the challenge and made a nice profit for my first payout, I have been really careful not to brake any of their numerous and hidden rules. Instead of getting paid they just suspend my account, the reason being that I have placed trades during news, when I have never did that. What they actually did, they provided 3 of my trades which were registered on their dashboard on UTC-1 time zone and compared them with UTC news calendar, I did explain what they did and provided proof that my trades were placed 1h after news but they were just bulls*itting me and trying to talk their way out of it. They don’t even respond my email now that they saw they been caught red handed. So please stay away from this.

Amazing this prop firm allows 11% drawdown which is very nice, aswell as this Nate is an excellent signal provider and always keeps you up to date about when to close the trades and also gives analysis on his trades so you know whats going on cant recommend him enough!
