Heater went boom, the other wouldnt heat up. Go figure.

Bought a panel heater via Amazon. The actual product is fine and was delivered quickly. It works via a handset. The instructions have been translated (presumably from the Chinese) into a language which uses English words but is not actually English. I am not stupid but am still struggling to set the timer on account of this.

I can’t write a review as I still haven’t received my item…

My order was despatched on the last day of the window, therefore not delivered within the period expected and advised. The quality or the product was below average, it does black out the light out, the stitching quality was poor with lots of loose threads. Sadly I’m disappointed.

Famgizmo and Hermes, a match made in hell !!

I ordered an air conditioning unit from Famgizmo at a great price (or so I thought). I got an email to say my order was received and another 2 days later to say it had been shipped by Hermes.

I then received an email on the day of delivery from Hermes saying "There's a delay with the delivery of your Online Seller parcel.
We'll let you know when your parcel will be out for delivery"

Not an issue, I can wait a day or so. But we're now 13 days on. I've emailed Famgizmo several times, not once have they replied. As for Hermes, it's impossible to speak to a human and all I get from their customer service bot is "There's been a slight delay with your delivery"
Slight ???

Never again will I use either of these companies.

The delivery was very late by Hermes. Opened the box, plugged it in and it doesn't work. Compressor working but no fans working. Not impressed at all !!!

Disappointed that the advertised product showed aluminium alloy pedals, instead it had pedals made off plastic I’ve just recently scrapped my old exercise bike after three sets of these pedals wore out. Hence going for one with the alloy pedals. Also the ad. showed a water bottle this wasn’t there either.

I ordered a tablecloth on 6th July. Later they sent a tracking number with NO link to open it.
Today, 23 August I still have not received the order! Today they sent an email saying they have fulfilled the order and asking me to review on their own link.
The I AM NOT HAPPPY link does not work. !!!
Their website says check with the courier and they list about six of the regular companies. Which one do I contact, knowing full well this item has not been sent.
The other complaint is the original order acknowledgement was from Leicester, UK
I sent an email to the UK email address about the missing item days ago, but no response from them.
But now, when I want to contact them I see the address is Shangai!
I have been cheated by this company.

We placed two small orders in the same day for white cotton table cloths. It was a quick decision made as famgizmo came up on top in the google search.
I do wish now that I had read customer reviews before placing my orders.
One of the orders arrived two weeks later (this evening actually) the other order - based on their tracking details, hadn't even been dispatched yet, although their web states they have w/houses in Leicestershire, trade on Amazon and E-bay etc, and dispatch within 2-5 working days.
I don't have a problem to wait for the delivery even longer if needs be; It's the lack of communication that starting to concern me. There seem to be no active customer service team as I got no replies to my emails.
The quality of the table cloth is ok, although it does look better on their marketing images..
I have received another request for survey feedback for the other order.
This I'll be completing and providing unbiased feedback once I receive the last product.
