I had an excellent experience with Dexter Signet Rings. They made me a beautiful ring featuring the Jerusalem Cross, and the entire process from start to finish was fantastic.

The team were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout. I actually gave them the wrong ring size initially, but after speaking with them they were quick to help and arranged for everything to be corrected without any hassle.

Their customer service was outstanding every step of the way, and the quality of the ring is superb. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

After a lot of research, I chose Dexter Rings to create a signet ring with a relatively complex quartered full coat of arms. Other jewellers told me it could not be done but Dexter have not one done it but they have exceeded my expectations on a beautiful carnelian ring. I would not think twice about recommending them.

FedEx delivered a replacement for the USMC Vietnam Veteran ring that I ordered from you in 2016 but recently lost. Still have not found it but have not given up hope.
The new ring is outstanding! I knew it would be because of the craftsmanship Dexter Rings exhibited on my original ring. I am very happy with the replacement.

Exceptional service and quality throughout from our initial enquiry to receiving our beautifully engraved ring, you can trust Dexter Rings!

Most of the questions I had were answered on the website and those that were not were handled expeditiously through emails. The work I requested was for a bespoke piece based on a coin image that had to be reduced in size 4 or 5 times to fit the engraving on the gemstone. I appreciate the time and effort it must have taken to not lose too much resolution on the finished piece.

Exceptional customer service from friendly courteous staff. From time of order to receiving my ring was 10 days. I commissioned an oval size 4 sterling silver ring engraved with a Cockatrice, it's a nice weight, superb reverse engraving, fits nicely and is altogether stunning. Dexter rings thank you so much, I highly recommend your service and rings.

Really impressive! I have worn an identical ring for over 50 years and it has gotten quite worn as I never took it off. Your replacement looks so good I am almost afraid to wear it for fear of damaging it.... but I will.

I worked with Fay and Adrian on this ring project and I could not have asked for a better team to get me to my end goal. The ring is just what I was asking for. Communication was great and concise. Response time was always quick. I am very pleased and will be proud to wear this ring and pass on to one of sons when it’s time.

Dexter has made several products for me, and they are always top notch.

I fully understand that my ring was handmade; however, some of the shapes and details in the engraving fell a bit below my expectations. Communication with the staff was good overall, though somewhat repetitive at times — I found myself restating certain design specifications and answering the same questions more than once throughout the process.

That said, I would still recommend Dexter for anyone looking to have a signet ring made. It’s possible I simply expected too much due to my lack of knowledge.

This is my second experience with Dexter Rings. Their work is perfect. Customer service is perfect. Easy transaction.
