High quality craftsmanship from a very friendly team. I recently discovered a Ring I had forgotten about and it was too small, bought from Dexter in 06, I contacted them and sent it to be adjusted, it came back perfect and very shiny as they cleaned it up to. Prices are high for new but you definitely get what you pay for. Excellent people.

Quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail
Everything about my experience with Dexter Rings Ltd has been above and beyond my expectations. From my initial contact with them, through their prompt and encouraging replies and receiving the final product (ahead of schedule!), I could not be happier. I was disappointed with the final…
I was disappointed with the final result of my monogram ring. I stated multiple times that the design I wanted from the photos on the website but the ring was another style that was displayed on the Dexter website.
It remains a well done piece however it was disparate from the design I designated from the website photos.

I am naturally disappointed and more than a little surprised to read your comments. Your signet ring was engraved in accordance with the bespoke artwork that you agreed, in your chosen style / but with your initials. We proceeded on the understanding each letter would contain line hatching, like your chosen style. Short of changing the letters of your name I fail to see how it could be any more like your chosen style? Nor given your agreement to our artwork, not what you expected?
While we are proud of the engraving and feel we have fulfilled your brief entirely, we are disappointed to hear it doesn’t meet your expectation fully. Perhaps if you would like to contact me directly, I could gain an understanding of the root of your disappointment.

This is my second commissioned signet ring with Dexter Rings. On this occasion I had my Family Coat of Arms engraved in 9ct white gold , ring size 5 oval 18x14mm (pinky ring) to start a new family heirloom tradition.
