I ordered a September girl shirt for my birthday. I loooooove my shirt! The quality of the shirt is great. It took a little long to arrive because of the pandemic so I waited patiently. I was excited when it arrived. I like how the website kept me updated where they were in the process of creating and sending the shirt. I highly recommend buying items from family tees.

familytee is the best web site , I got scammed from another website for the quanteened t-shirts I order for my 7 1/2 year old granddaughter in May. No reply, no t-shirts. The day they were supposed to come nothing.i disputed with PayPal and recievedcmy money back.familyteesgift kept in touch with me while processing and the date they said they were coming they. My granddaughter loved them and they were perfect quality. And they were the 1st grade quanteened shirts!

I ordered my shirt on 6-5-2020.. Today 7-27-2020
Nobody seems to know where my shirt is. I got a conformation that my shirt was shipped but I was never able to track it. The company blames DHL shipping and DHL blames the shirt company. I live on disability and I don't have extra money to just throw away..
I will definitely read reviews before I order again.
I don't like leaving a negative review ..this is the first time I have ordered from this company.

Ordered a Graduated to 1st grade in Quarantine shirt for my grandson on 5/31. Sent customer service a few emails regarding the status. The only response I received was that my order was being processed. I finally asked for a refund. They deposited half of my money back to my account. As on today July 16th, I still have not received the tee shirt. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.

Took a while to receive my order, but we’ll worth it. Quality shirts with bright color designs. Had enough choices to cover all ages and sizes....even my 6’5” 14 year old grandson!

Ordered my kids graduation shirts on June 6,and its now July 15th and i still haven't received the shirts. I have sent an email asking for a refund only to be told i can't receive a refund.

Place 2 orders on 5/19 received 1 of the 3 t-shirts last month. Sent an email asking for other 2 by 6/27 or receive a refund because they were for a graduation party and was told I couldn't receive a refund. Don't understand why I received 1 shirt on time and just received the other 2 today 7/10 almost 2 months later. I was only given a 30% refund on 1 of my 2 orders. I will never order from this site again.

I just received my tees after waiting nearly 2 months with multiple emails back and forth with customer service. CS was quick to respond however never was able to provide answers and when asked why 2 tee shirts had been in "processing" for over a month had no answers. I received both of my shirts the week of 7/5 and ordered 5/19. They were graduation presents which did not arrive on time and when they finally did arrive were not to the quality as they appeared on the website. I asked for a refund and was told I could nto receive a refund only a replacement which to me is unacceptable since the items are of no use any longer and are poor quality.

Received my tee shirts and my grandkids love them. Will be looking at inventory for more.
