I'm currently using Wondershare Uniconverter and really like it very much. I saw that Wondershare has a Video Editing program. I had a number of questions about the program and marketing. Each time I sent in a question I received a prompt detailed answer. The editing program look very comprehensive. I believe I will enjoy it. I very much like the prompt customer service. If the Video Editing program works as well as Uniconverter I'll be adding it to my computer.

The support staff is great. However I don't know why the version 11 will not export. This is the second time I have tried to export and I am prompted to purchase as though I have the free version.

Its an awesome software make it easy and professional to do great videos... Highly Recommended

I used the support for some information on using the software, I received a quick and comprehensive answer. I had a further email asking me if I had solved the problem or if I had new ones. Surely after this experience I will buy Filmolra 11. Only drawback ....... I am Italian and I need a google translator to speak with the support. Excellent!!!!

Wondershare for me as a beginner was an absolute joy to use. The variety of effects, transitions and music overlay was a blast to play around with,
The prompt and professional assistance was such a blessing and bonus which only enhanced my experience. Give it a go and you will not be disappointed in the fun to be had by getting creative as far as your imagination will let you.

In reading previous reviews it was hard to determine what review was for Famisafe. So this review is for Famisafe. Overall, I do like the program a lot for my teenager. I get notified on the app on my phone letting me know what my teenager is up to that I setup specifically. There are very many options, some I use others I don't. My only real challenge was understanding how to use the app on my phone to understand what my teen was doing. I can't say it was very intuitive for me to start using, but now that I understand it works for me. But my teen doesn't like it all that much. ;) He locked up his sim card trying to figure out a way around the software. Then he tried to tell me his phone just locked up for no reason. Sorry, but looking at his records on Famisafe I was able to inform him that he was doing something in the settings and where just before it locked up. He didn't like that either. So bottom-line, I like it very much. Thank you!

their return policy is misleading. i could not download the software without giving them permission to access my computer. as soon as i gave them access i lost several important apps and all my automatic sign in information. this problem is not covered by their return policy. i would have to let them mess around with my computer even more and i do not trust them to do that, therefore, they are going to keep my money. i feel taken advantage of. there plenty of free music apps to use. i can not recommend wondershare tunesgo.

Even after buying the subscription, 50% of features are not available as they advertise on their page. The UI is not that user-friendly, no handy dashboard. I will cancel the subscription after 1st month money is utilised.

Extremely low download speed, no matter what URL I paste in this app, everything is downloaded up to 200~900 kb/s… I download anything here with 5~6MB/s of transfer rate… I’m already using 13.6… Would be better use online services to hack this and download Youtube videos, like y2mate or ptsaveform... this app is useless... How can I download videos with normal speed?

There are two things that gets on my nerves when it comes to free software or online stuff in general, and these are, giving so little stuff to do and having a HUGE logo on the final product. On top of that, the quality of those things is bad, which means you cannot use them. Wondershare is one of these companies that do both of them and that is not ok. The free version should give you some stuff to work around and in good quality and without a HUGE logo on them.

I had by accident bought wondershare twice a license for PC and a license for MAC. After having found the e-mail address of Wondershare customer service I wrote a simple e-mail explaining what it had happened. I received immediate help and a refund of the second purchase. I like using Wondershare software for video editing, but I didn't expect such a fast and kind help. Highly recommend. Thanks

The Wondershare support is always helpful, it gives you the right answers in a very short time. I've always found solutions to my problems with Wondershare programs using the support service

Wondershare Filmora is an intuative to use editing suite but if you're in any doubt there are extensive help pages, online videos & excellent customer support.
I make content for YouTube & I find this is a wonderful tool that allows me to capture game footage, edit & upload to YouTube from within the program.

Since I retired I have enjoyed using Wondershare Filmora to put all my old photos and movies into an easy to view format. Old 8mm film has been converted to MP4's and then edited using Filmora. Adding in stills scanned from old negatives and photos, labelled with place names, titles and locations, then set to music. I now have a library of hundreds of photo montages and videos which we can watch on our home TV rather than mouldering in a draw and never seen, it is great to see our different generations growing up or on holiday in an easy to view format.

When I have had the occasional problem then Customer Services have been instantaneous with their help and support and when necessary have given me step by step guidance to resolve and get going again.

Wondershare has done something slick with Filmora X.
Great DAW style workspace. Easy to grok, no complaints.
