Become spam

They where great , but from a short time their Facebook & instagram pages was removed also the customer support are not answering or pay attention to my issue.
I payed for order 169 dollar , i got a payment confirmation from my bank also an email of payment confirmation from them , but didn't receive my order yet !! I sent around 7 emails to them also from a different emails but they are not answering at all !! Maybe the site got hacked or become a spam !!!
