They advertise as Hey Dude and they were no brand generic dollar store shoes! Then only wanted to refund 40% of purchase price! I would recommend to skip this site! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

Advertised themselves as Hey Dudes on TikTok but couldn't be further from that brand. I ordered 4 pairs and received 4 completely different pairs of shoes over a month later after harassing their customer service for shipment information. One pair stunk of what my husband said was brake cleaner. I immediately emailed their customer service, sent 2 more emails, and got no response to any of them. I took it up with PayPal and they resolved the dispute by refunding my money - always use PayPal if a company seems sketchy. They also represented themselves as supernewin.

Complete scam, received something completely different than what I ordered. the products I received are a JOKE. So cheap, and not real hey dudes. I even emailed the company to ensure that they were genuine and was told they were. When i asked for a refund, i was offered a 60% refund IF i send them back, and that there is "no guarantee they will receive them back due to COVID" LOL!!!!!! I am not wasting my time and money to ship them back. Disputing with my bank. But somehow the dispute was denied.... TF. This website needs to be shut tf down. Im heated.

Absolutely a scam. Ordered 4 pairs of what turned out not to be Hey Dude shoes. Misspelling of words, two pairs of really bad chemical smelling black shoes. My message was blocked when trying to contact them. I will be contacting my bank and fighting this. Wish there was a zero star option

Took 2 months to get cheap knock offs. Wrong size and wrong color. Don’t even have name brand on them. Their email is blocked now.

Is this a joke? I paid 80.00 for what? Custom leather where? I want a FULL REFUND! I can’t believe this! I could have bought better shoes at the Dollar Store. I can’t even begin to express my utter disappointment in your product. If I could give your company less than one star I would!

Seriously - listen to all these reviews. They sent dollar store shoes, not even REMOTELY the right ones I ordered. And since you will pay with paypal, you will not win a dispute... even in this clear case of scamming.

Ordered a pair of the American flag shoes after 2 months I finally got them and they were the worst looking cheapest dollar store shoes I've ever seen, I tried to email them for information on how to mail back for a refund and still haven't gotten a response. Stay away from this Chinese crap.
