Excellent support from Chris

Excellent support from Chris at fanatec. I bought a fanatec wheel base, pedals and wheel to my son for Christmas. It worked perfectly until I managed to pull too much on one of the cables which pulled a socket from its right position. Fanatec replaced it all under warranty, excellent service and a great product too!

Great customer support

Chris Help me with my rma request and was very friendly and professional. Within 2 day the issue was resolved and i should be getting my replacement product in the next couple of days. Gd job fanatec!

Received excellent technical support from Chris Schulze. Felt like I was actually speaking to a human who is able to understand the issue I was having, which feels like a rare thing in customer support these days. Was straight to the point in suggesting useful approaches and fixes for my problem. Actually listened to my feedback and used that information to help form his next response.

I would like to sincerely thank Chris Schulze from Fanatec Technical Support for his outstanding professionalism and support.

From the very first interaction, Chris was polite, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping resolve my issue. Despite the technical complexity of the case and the lack of local service options in my country, he handled everything with clarity, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

He went above and beyond to explore possible solutions, kept communication clear at every step, and ultimately arranged a replacement part free of charge. His attitude made a stressful situation much easier to deal with and reinforced my trust in Fanatec as a company.

Disgracefull customer service

Hi Gaurav

The Service from Fanatec has been shocking! I cannot believe how I keep chasing up and keep getting told you guys don't know whats going on. 

It's been months since a ticket was opened and the Shifter faulty device was sent back to Fanatec. 

Now I have no choice to post complaints on the Consumer forums, Social media and am forced to take legal action get this further escalated.

It seems this is the path Fanatec wasnts customers to resort to.

I've asked for this to be escalated, and nothing has been done. It's utterly disgraceful.

Tech support for broken pin

I had a problem with my steering wheel and with base unit. With their expert knowledge Mr. Chris found a problem which I was not seeing at first. With his guidance, he provided help and spare parts to fix my wheel and wheel base. From my point of view this is how all after sales support should look like. I will recommend Fanatec to others. I just hope they will if needed, help others as they did to me.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Ordered a simple cable, a month later the ordered hasn't even been prepared (per their order tracking system). Sent them an email 2 weeks ago to see what's going on, never bothered to respond. Trying to find a customer phone number, the only number I found in the US does not work. What the F!

Glaciers melt faster

I’d love to review the product, but I’m currently staring at an empty spot where my child's birthday present should be. Despite a two-week lead time on an in-stock item, the dispatch process has been a comedy of errors. After a week of silence and a follow-up on my part, I was told the delivery would miss the birthday entirely. Now, the order is arriving in fragmented shipments, making the whole experience feel less like a gift and more like a logistics puzzle. Fast customer service response, but unfortunately, you can’t blow candles out on an email.
