INNOVATIVE CARD WITH A PURPOSE

I’ve been using my Fana card for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The card designs are super cool and really stand out, but what makes Fana special is its mission. Knowing that every purchase I make gives back to causes I care about is such a rewarding feeling.

The app is user-friendly, and I’ve had a great experience with customer service whenever I’ve had questions. It’s a seamless and meaningful way to make an impact with everyday spending.

I highly recommend Fana for anyone looking for a unique and purpose-driven financial product!

The app in general is good so far

The app in general is good so far, only issue is customer service is quite slow when helping with issues.

Instead of replying when they haven’t been able to resolve it, it does seem they just ignore you until the issue sorts itself which is quite frustrating.

Hoping it improves in future.

From Merchant Perspective!

Great designs, great concept and really look forward to their launch of the product. Coming from a merchant / brand perspective I think it's really important for everyone to incorporate an element of impact to connect with their customers!
