First, I love my Vera and Lara mirror set! It is solid, functional, and beautiful--a wonderful purchase. Yes, there are cheaper options, but there is no substitute for quality. Second, their service is fantastic! I took my mirror apart to fly internationally. TSA inspected my bag and took the metal base (just why?). I contacted Fancii and heard right back--they are replacing the whole unit for free! THAT is how you stand behind a product! Worth 10 stars!

I purchased a ionic facial steamer on Amazon from this brand. I loved it but the on/off button didn’t work very well. I emailed them and discuss with them and they sent me a replacement free of charge. They were very helpful, really nice and answered quickly. The whole ordeal was sorted out within a few days and the replacement immediately sent. I was hesitant to purchase such an expensive steamer but the product itself is worth the money and the customer service makes it all the more worth it. I highly recommend!

I ordered 4 mirrors, which are fabulous! One of them arrived damaged, so I emailed Fancii & Co. and their customer service was absolutely fantastic! They are sending me a replacement. I am so happy I ordered from this company.

This company is more then amazing, I had a slight issue with my product, I reached out to the company and the situation was rectified immediately, by the way I have the Mila 2 LED compact mirror and it does not disappoint absolutely beautiful. Happy customer ❤️

I initially had trouble ordering a product. When I brought this up to customer service, they were very quick to make things right. While I wasn’t expecting them to honor the price, I appreciate Angelica and Faye who were very prompt and helpful to make me a happy customer.

I was disappointed to find some missing jewels on my new gorgeous mirror. Such a quick response and so polite about quickly sending me a new one no cost. Very happy. The mirrors are absolutely stunning!

I ordered two of the crystal mirrors (Mila 2 Luxe) to give as gifts which arrived at my door within days. After inspection I noticed that one of them had two small dents in them - perhaps from production but they were still beautiful. I immediately contacted Customer Service, sent them pictures and they replaced the item without any hassle. They were super easy to deal with and the mirrors are beautiful and well made. I will definitely be ordering more to give as the perfect gifts.

I purchased the Vera and Lara mirrors and, while very well made and beautiful, I need something with more magnification. Fancii responded immediately to my email and made every effort to ensure a satisfied customer. And I am!

First and foremost this company’s customer service is phenomenal! For that reason alone I intend to continue to do business with them. But, their products are amazing and so much fun! The mirrors are so different than any others. If anyone is on the fence, go for it. You will not be sorry!

First mirror was damaged in shipment. The company quickly replaced the mirror. Excellent customer service

Had a problem with delivery & they listened to my problem & resent a new order because shipping co. said it was lost. They kept me informed & followed thru to make sure I received it. Would highly recommend & love my mirrors

Fancii is a great company! I have several of their mirrors and just ordered a new Vera Lighted Vanity Mirror and wound up sending it to the wrong address. I quickly emailed Fancii and requested a shipping change. They emailed back within 30 minutes and had corrected my problem. Fancii rocks!

When I inquired about the delivery date of my order they responded immediately with great info. I just love their mirrors.

I have been collecting Taylor Mirrors for a long time now. I was missing mine and the customer service team helped me get one. They exceeded my expectations and they are wonderful to work with. They keep you very well informed and I will do more business with them in the future as of right now I have almost everything that Fancii makes except for a few of their stand alone mirrors.

Outstanding customer service. Placed order and needed, after the fact, to remove an item. Emailed customer service to see if they could intervene — and if not, was otherwise happy to return it. They were on it within minutes of my email and with item removed and refund effected. Very pleasantly surprised that they had a team actively monitoring emails — as well as coming back with solutions.

The customer service is outstanding and equal to their quality products. I’ve ordered the MILA mirror and several kits (facial, body scrub, callous remover) for gifts. All winners!

Very good customer service very quickly got a response and solution to my problem.

If I could give a negative number review I would. I ordered the Abigail from their website (since I didn't know I could go through Amazon so my fault) and ordered this 10X magnification mirror. The magnification was terrible. My image was upside down or doubled every time I tried to get close enough to the mirror to see anything. If I didn't get close I could see nothing but blurred images. I could not get the image straightened out. When I initiated my return to them I found out they charge a $15.00 "fee". So I got a portion of my money back. This is unacceptable from any legitimate company. Just wanted to share so that everyone be aware of their crooked practices.
