Extremely poor customer service

I'd ordered a pair of outside wall lights from Fandom Lights, which arrived with a glass broken on each fixture. (One fixture has glass on three sides.)

I promptly contacted them and was told to send them a video, which I did. They said they'd send the replacement immediately but till now I've received nothing. I've contacted them several times but to no avail.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated that they're not fulfilling their commitment. It's been close to two months.
