From the moment we contacted F&P travel to the final call after our trip the service we were given was superb. This is a really fabulous company that takes care over everything they do. They listen to your requirements and make suggestions accordingly. The places we were recommended in Kenya (including House in the Wild for a safari) were outstanding. The whole booking process was a delight to experience and Jo from F&P was always there to respond promptly to our questions. F&P Travel really know their stuff and deliver an outstanding service. Will certainly use them again.

Porto Elounda Hotel for 60 bridge players .
we had a fabulous week, the hotel was exceptional, the staff were always friendly and helpful and the food in all restaurants was very good.
The private beach and 9 hole golf course were the icing on the cake. Thank you F & P travel.

We enjoyed every minute of our holiday booked with Gemma in F&P travel. She listened to our brief and planned a perfect holiday for us in Lake Garda, Portofino and Tuscany. The hotels were all excellent. The concierge service provided by Flora in F&P was so helpful. She planned activities and booked restaurants and beach Clubs before arrival. It meant the holiday was very relaxing.

We had the most wonderful holiday. Clare and Emily were very knowledgeable in helping to organise our sailing trip around Croatia. They were never pushy, always friendly, listened and understood me and were patient with my many questions. I felt very reassured and supported. I would highly recommend F&P for a memorable, well planned holiday. Everything went smoothly and it was honestly the best family holiday we have ever been on. Thank you.

Fantastic customer experience - we realised very last minute that our child's passport has expired for our ski holiday. Phillipa was wonderful on super short notice at rearranging our holiday and using their relationship with the hotel to do so at no extra cost to us. It was sorted in under 24hrs and she stayed in touch throughout. Amazing service, thank you.

We booked a special Christmas holiday to the Maldives with F&P travel and it exceeded all our expectations!!! They quickly identified just the right hotel for us, listening really carefully to what would suit our family. The concierge felt very high end and they booked massages as well as an experience for our twins 8th birthday. The holiday was without doubt the best we’ve been on and that was all down to the knowledge of the F&P team from the right hotel to activities and everything else taken care of. We have booked 3 trips with F&P and every one has been amazing! We've just returned from Sri Lanka and had the most wonderful time! F&P spend time finding out what we as a family really enjoy doing, the sort of hotels we love and then they tailor the trip to us. They are very flexible and their communication is fabulous. I recommend them all the time! Will definitely be re-booking with them again!!

Excellent Experience

We have booked 3 ski Holidays with a family a 5 (3 primary school aged children) with in laws and friends over the last 3 ski seasons in a catered chalet in Meribel with F+P - i can genuinely say that you will struggle to find a more proficient and experienced travel business that has the expertise that F+P have. We have been blown away every time by their attention to detail and customer service. If you are hesitating about whether to book with F+P - Don't! they are brilliant and you will not regret it.

Since our first booking we have also booked UK hotel stays through F+P on their recommendation without the kids and Gemma was utterly brilliant in recommending the most amazing SPA + Hotels.

We have also booked short European breaks with F+P and they were faultless in ensuring we were happy and content.

Holly and Philippa really care about their business and it shows through their staff and the customer service.

Having arrived back safely to the rainy UK, I just wanted to reach out to you both and thank you for making our trip to Kenya the most incredible family holiday that we have ever experienced.

Both the camp and the lodge were truly exceptional and the customer service in both places was so personal, taking care of every single tiny detail with such warmth and kindness and literally nothing was a problem. The food was exceptional and the guides were utterly amazing. We saw such a variety of animals including the big five and the guides were diligent in making sure we saw experiences beyond our wildest dreams.

I cannot thank you enough for looking after us and ensuring that no stone was left unturned. I will be recommending you to everyone and we will be using you again.

Wonderful family holiday planned and organised by Jo at F&P. Jo helped us plan and organise an amazing experience in Shanghai and Vietnam, personalised to our family and interests. Jo's attention to detail made the whole trip so much fun and our travel so smooth and effortless. We had an amazing holiday and delighted we planned it with F&P. We are already thinking of our next trips.

Great experience renting a chalet in Meribel.

The team were really helpful, organised and friendly, the services they provided (chef, transport, ski hire) were first class and good value. Booked again for next year!

We've booked several holidays through F&P travel over the past few years, and there are two things that really stand out and make the experience truly exceptional.

The first is the quality of the hotels they offer, combined with the depth of knowledge they have about the properties. This really made the difference for us when we were traveling when our son was small - knowing all the small things like whether you can rent buggies at the hotel, whether all rooms have a fridge for baby milk etc really makes a huge difference.

The second is the care and attention that is put into every booking. The F&P team are clearly passionate about traveling and they understand how important getting your holiday right is. They genuinely care and want everything to be absolutely perfect for your holiday. On every trip we have taken we've received a lovely welcome note and message after arrival to check everything is ok. This is a wonderful touch as with lots of companies you feel like you're forgotten the minute your flight takes off.

Highly recommend speaking to F&P for your next holiday.

The stress was taken care of so no panicky moments. Check in simple, rooms more than comfortable. F and P had helped with the choice of restaurants on the hotel complex and our trip to the Yacht Club restaurant was made more special by our boat trip arrival. The liveried charming crew made us feel really special. We made good use of the beach/pool service and enjoyed the cocktails and the kids made good use of the water sports.
The concierge was helpful with our trips to Agios Nikolais and Elounda which were most enjoyable. The Spa was also much appreciated with a massage that really undid the knots .Thank you F and P for making life simple

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday organised and planned by F&P. For us it was the trip that literally kept giving. Every place we visited had its own unique charm, great food, beautiful hotels and we went on some excursions we will never forget.

Fantastic holiday in the Maldives arranged by F&P, helpful efficient customer service from booking to our return. Great recommendation on resort which met all expectations and prompt follow up on return for feedback.

Excellent trip - fabulous communication and 2 very happy holidayers. We stayed at the incredible Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman - would recommend to adults needing Zen: a beautiful retreat in the mountains. We particularly loved the Dinner on the Edge - a 5 course tasting menu accompanied by wines and a view of the bay from the mountains. Would book again through F&P and recommend to friends. Looking for the next one already due to the helpful and attentive communication from staff.

F&P took the hassle and stress out of planning a memorable ski holiday for our 3 families. There was a lot to coordinate and F&P’s in-depth knowledge of Meribel made a huge difference. Their recommendations for transfers, ski equipment, instructors and restaurants were excellent. The chalet host and chef, in fact all their staff, including the complimentary concierge drivers, were delightful. The pre-arrival consultation with the chef personalised the service even further, and we appreciated how our small fussy eaters were also well looked after. Little details made all the difference: for example, the free lip balms and pocket-size chocolates, and coming back to a lit fire and freshly baked cake every afternoon. The wine list was excellent. We had the perfect ski holiday!
