Just felling a lil cheated and unfair,i referred a friend said we both get bonus if sign up which he completed all steps and didn't recive bonus bets as stated,now my friend is like why did i refer him for,i think fanduel got the better end of the deal, trying customer support no help said the forward my issue to which they just never even replied wow really

Status: $20.15 Principal Deposit Still Missing

It has now been 8 days since my original deposit was 'hijacked' for a refund. I am officially in a loop where FanDuel is 'adamant' the money was sent on March 12th, but CIBC confirms several times it is not in their portal.

To make matters worse, FanDuel processed a separate withdrawal for me in 30 minutes, yet they’ve now opened an 'investigation' for my own $20.15 deposit. I’ve spent the last week going back and forth between the bank and support agents like Jennifer, Jose, and Asia, only to have chats disconnected or cases merged without a single Trace ID or ARN being provided.

If you're an Ontario player, be aware: they move winnings fast to look good, but if there's an issue with your actual deposit, you might be fighting for weeks just to get a tracking number. Still waiting for the promised email with a real answer.

When I first downloaded the app, I won a little bit and wanted to test it and see how long it would take to get my money. It took around 12+ hours when I asked they told me that because it was my first time I have been playing games on the app for a few months now and have tried to withdraw, usually takes about 20 minutes. On 10 January, I tried to take my money out and it has been more than 12 hours. Still says pending. Nothing has changed and all they have to say is you used interact and it can take 48 to 5 business days. How come all of a sudden it is taking that long when all along it’s been only 20 minutes and the money is usually in my account. Also some days they pay literally zero no matter how much money you use and play. Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time and energy on this app.

I self excluded for 6 months, the self exclusion expired last Saturday, September 6, 2025 however I was still blocked from playing. I have contacted customer service 3 times only to be told they are working on it. Wonder what type of eff up would take 8 days to resolve?
