I reached out as my tracking ID for 1 package wasn't updating. Richard responded very quickly and was able to fill the gaps and provide an estimate timeframe for delivery. Richard offered that if items didn't not arrive by said date just to get back in touch - they did - which I really appreciated given we were at the mercy of international mail.
When items arrived they were better than expected (and I've already been back online looking at other colours 😊).

Very good staff!!! I had a package and it didn't come so I went to them and the problem was finally solved! they added some themselves because of the inconvenience. have ordered things here before, great place to buy merch and such. only the shipping costs can be a little less

This is a review for the company, not the product!
I placed and order and contacted the company to find out when shipping would be as I had no confirmation. Richard came back the next day and kept me up to date. My order then showed as cancelled so I was getting worried, Richard contacted me again straight away to say he had cancelled the order and resubmitted it but with express delivery!! This has been fantastic customer service from Richard! He kept me updated from start to finish and the hoody arrived in time for Christmas for my son! I’ve only done 4 stars as there seems to be no direct phone number or info on the website as to where your item is being shipped from.
The actually hoody (8bit Ryan black 8 hoody) is not so good. My son opened it on Christmas Day, has worn it a few times since (only a week old) and already I have had to sew the kangaroo pocket on the front where all the stitching has come away. Also the stitching on the inside of the waistband is hit and miss, some of it isnt even stitched down! Poor, cheap quality hoody and craftsmanship. I’m just hoping the print lasts okay on the front.

Problems with shipping but excellent customer support dealt with it.
There was a proplem with my shipping address and the package was listed as delivered. But after writing an Email, the support answered within 30 minutes and was eager to help and reship the package. After a week it was delivered and all was good. Richard from support was more than helpful. He also made sure all was good in the end and asked if anything was correct with the package. By far the best customer support I had the pleasure to deal with.

The scm doll
My brother ordered the SCM doll for me, last month and you said that you were going to ship the dolls at the 25th. I have been waiting for days and still no scm doll. Like will that scm doll arrive or not?
Edit September 1, 2021: ok so I didn't know why my brother threw the package upstairs but then I noticed it was that doll I always wanted. It took 2 months to arrive but it was worth the wait

Not refunding my money
Edit : I have given my details and information about my card details numerous times but every time there seems to be an issue. Not only I sent my account details more times, but I also filled out your form two times, which lead to no result. A few days ago I set up a paypal account and sent my information since customer support claims there is a problem with my visa card, yet even now, I didn't receive anything and no response to my last email.

I ordered an item and the service provided to me was absolutely excellent and so far above average. By far the best customer service I've received! Richard was the person I had and they were very helpful.
Long waits and out of stock all of a sudden
I ordered a product from Fanfiber a month ago. It has not shipped and suddenly the stock of the item went dry, leaving them to tell me to get something else as a replacement. I wanted my full refund and I am waiting for it, it has not been 52 days yet so I should be able to get my refund so waiting to see what they say. If not I will make an update and if I get my full refund then I will give a better rating. This is absurd!
UPDATE: Customer support from Richard was amazing! Got my refund so I used the money to purchase the plush that I couldn't get earlier. I am changing the star rating to a 4.5 now because Richard was amazing.

As my parcel has not arrived I have referred it to Paypal, you are using a delivery company going by the name of Yun Express, if you look at their reviews you will see that the majority of people think they are a scam, and someone is giving out fake tracking numbers, it's just a shame that children are being disappointed by not receiving goods, SHAME ON YOU ALL NOTHING TAKES OVER TWO MONTHS TO ARRIVE
Amazing customer service with timely…
Amazing customer service with timely and detailed responses. This time of year (December) is the busiest for online shopping sites and the response time from customer service was so fast and it's appreciated that Richard gave so much detail and instruction on how to ensure we ordered the right product. Even , the package took over 3 months to be delivered which even during corona crisis is a bit crazy I wanna thank the wonderful customer service. I’ve been emailing back and forth with Richard and he was simply wonderful. Always quick to reply and super professional.
