Ordered a jacket to help support Corey LaBarrie's family right after news broke out. I wanted something from his line because who knows how long it'll be out. I've emailed fanjoy a countless amount of times and DM'd them on Instagram and my package has not yet shipped. Money was taken out of my account since I placed the order. I feel scammed.

The worst !!! STAY AWAY
Send them and email before your order and you get a response within 24 hours. Once you place your order and your card is charge they disappear, this is the worst customer service ever. More than a month of wait time, i was only able to get them to ship the order when i escalated a claim through paypal. I will never shop here and recommend that you stay away.

Appalling customer service
Fanjoy has the absolute worst customer service. There’s only one person on the whole team who i’ve come into contact with who actually helps you and make sure everything gets done. I have had 3 parcels take more than 2 months to arrive. 4 weeks to ship and then another 4 weeks to actually arrive at my house. The customer service regarding this is appalling and they just tell you that they are sorry for the delay and that it will be shipped next week. I am sick of having rude people answer my emails and not giving me information which will calm me down and make me less stressed.

I Ordered a hoodie and T shirt for my daughter end of March. Chased Fanjoy up to see what was happening with my order. Very helpful and advised me would be dispatched within the next 48 hrs. Goods arrived beginning of May which is fine with me - was fully expecting to have to wait at least 6-8 weeks for my order anyway considering the current pandemic climate and the fact we live in Northern Ireland. Anyway I have one happy daughter who is delighted with her hoodie/t-shirt! I might add the quality of the clothing is great and I would definitely order again.

I recently ordered a crew neck and was sent a hoodie. I, immediately after opening the package emailed fanjoy, who, which then replied to me in about 45 minutes. I sent them some pictures and all within one day, are sending me the correct crew neck and have allowed me to keep the hoodie for FREE. Such an amazing company and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have ordered from Fanjoy multiple times and my items quickly arrived. I saw that this website had a lot of bad reviews on here, so I assumed it’s only because people come on here to complain when something bad has happened. I’ve had great experiences on the website but I’ve had different experiences with the clothes but that’s more on the creator, I’ve got mixed opinions on the clothes. I have gotten from creators that chose great quality fabric and I’ve got clothes from creators who chose cheaper fabrics.

Disappointed in the mug.
I bought an black with white letters- clickbait mug for my boyfriend, luckily it came in on time (about 11 days). But the letters on the mug are really small (it just looks like it's an really cheap mug, or really
cheap made) and does not look like the picture on the website, the colour of the letters on the black mug are supposed to be white but there is an green-ish tone and the letters arent sharp on it, you can see the pixels on it.. really not how I expected it to be... And besides, I really can't figure out where I can white a review on the website? This company does not stand by their posted shipping time frames. Two to three days after the order is placed is stated very clearly on their website. When contacting customer service they argue that it's 7 to 10. They backtrack when presented screenshots of their own website and then admit to overselling their products!

Terrible company
Terrible company. We ordered a photo e case from them. They charged my account for the case but kept saying my card was unvarifible. If you cant varify the card number how can you charge the account. Do not do business with these people. If you gave problems they have no customer support number u can call. It's all done through email so they can answer when they want or never depending on what they want to do. STAY AWAY
Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. just doing the consumer wrong all the way around. emailed them to return something. They initially provided a return label. I sent back item and never got my credit nor any confirmation. I proceeded to follow up and email them only to get a response saying they could not credit back our account saying its now over 30 days. ???? I then asked her to then send back my items and they said that wasn't an option. so now Im out my hard earned $$ and don't even have the merchandise at this point.. I will be escalating this to my cc company... these people are fraud, please do not buy from them.
