Overall a good experience with the brand. Great customer service, quick to reply to questions and extremely friendly!
Shipping time vas good even for items that was pre order.
And the items was in good quality!
Only downside I have is the outfit I bought needed a lot of adjustments during wear as It did not feel suitable for a bigger body type.
Otherwise I had a good shopping experience!

I'm really disappointed with my first…
I'm really disappointed with my first experience shopping at FANNA. The bodysuit is not very flattering since it was too long and the chest is too big. And having to return it, having the client paying for all the return costs it's ridicolous. I'm gonna end up spending 25EUR in something I never bought.

I received a damaged product
I received a damaged product! So disapointed... To received a defective product after paying so much for customs is ridiculous.
Sizes are also way smaller than us/cad sizes. I am usually a medium or large. But I have to change for a xl.
Waiting to see if they will make me exchange the defective on for a good one. But even then, from their return policy, I would have to pay for customs AND shipping...
If you live in canada or usa, its not worth it to order online and pay so much for customs. Have a friend who lives in europe bringing it back to you.

Sadly, the top was way too small despite me following the sizing guide on the website, so I had to return it and get the larger size (which fit perfectly!), and while already not cheap, the shipping and duties from Hungary to Canada made the order VERY expensive.

Absolutely delightful experience and sublime customer service. I was able to visit their office in Budapest and Inka was so helpful since I needed to exchange the size of the top. The quality is premium, the fabric is soft and the color is gorgeous! Will be shopping more :D

The product is beautiful. Great quality and fit and a vibrant unique colour. Delivery was very fast although expensive for an overseas shipping so luckily it fit and I didn't have to exchange . The size guide is correct

The fabric is amazing—soft, stretchy, and super flattering on every body type. I usually wear a size S, but I’d recommend sizing up to an M for a more comfortable fit. The design is simple yet stylish, and it looks great on everyone. Our whole studio has at least one color, and I’m already thinking about getting it in white too! Love the clean lines and overall look of this set.

The extender and the customer service solved my problem
Very beautiful color, intriguing shape, good fabric, looks pretty when adjusted.
I had a bit back-and-forth with sizing because my proper size was a bit tight at the lower strap and it didn't feel or look good, so we switched to a bigger size, but that didn't fit that well and had to be adjusted constantly after every aerial move. Luckily, Fanna came out with a strap extender that solved my problem and they were kind enough to offer me to switch back to the smaller size by buying an extender. Thank you for the kind service!

Great polewear - especially for larger chests!
It's my second time purchasing from FANNA, and I now own 4 different outfits from them.
The products are great, the quality of the fabric is amazing, and the designs are gorgeous. One of my main issues when choosing Polewear was to find designs that support my chest when I'm upside-down on the pole; ans I can confidently say that the body suit, X-top and warm-top all do the job wonderfully.
The FANNA team is very kind and reactive, and I love that everything is hand-made in Hungary, in a sustainable way.
I love purchasing from women-owned small businesses and definitely recommend them!
