I paid $45 for Rhinestone Washed Lt Blue jeans...
I received the cheapest piece of clothing I think I've ever seen. I have emailed them photos repeatedly. They only email back to send them photos, after they were sent initially. Waste of money and time. They do not sell items that are pictured. It is a lie. They do not honor their "no hassle guarantee". Will NEVER purchase from them again. Highly dissatisfied and appalled at such abhorrent business practice.

Do not purchase from this place. When I’d received nothing after over a month and a half and email responses from Fannyu encouraged me via misspelled and poor grammar to ‘be patient as they had a strict quality assurance process’ I read the reviews and immediately called my credit card company and cancelled my payment. When that had been finalized, 2 months after purchase and no product, I emailed Fannyu to inform them and 2 weeks later it arrived from Hong Kong. Correspondence from them appeared to be from China. Immediately returned to sender.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is a SCAM!!! I have not gotten the items I ordered almost 2 months ago and have tried to cancel many times. Get the same answers just in rotation it seems.. "it will ship soon." "Are you sure you want to cancel?" "We are making sure the order is correct." ..blah blah blah..I am trying to get my money back with the help of paypal.

Ordered 1 pair, received something totally opposite. No customer service number to contact. jeans are CHEAP . They come from Hong Kong. Complaint to be filed with US Atty office. This company is a total farse. DONT ORDER FROM THESE FAKES!!!!

My honest opinion, they suck!
I ordered 2 months ago and have seen nothing.
I've text them several times and all I get back is "sorry for your wait" please be patient they are coming, then, nothing.
After 9 texts I asked for a refund, but still nothing. They sent me a tracking # with a note stating they should be delivered in 6-20 more days this was on March 23rd. You should read reviews from others, their just as bad..

I ordered on January 28th I have not received the items, they have not shipped and when I emailed asking for an update I never got a response. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM BUYERS BEWARE!!

Should not even have to leave a star to show how bad this company is!!!!!!

I placed an order on Feb 7th..only thing I heard from them when I asked about my order is..we received your money and will be shipping soon...that was March 17th...

It has been a month and a half since I placed an order and have been emailing nearly once a day since the one month mark asking for a cancelation and refund. Instead of refunding they keep telling me to wait, that they'll ship it in a couple more weeks.

I wish I'd checked reviews before ordering, apparently the people who DID receive the items were extremely disappointed in them.

Order placed 3/5/20. Transaction posted 3/7/20. When emailed -several times over the three week period- for tracking and/or update on order, the only two responses were to state order received and tracking would be available to me within 'a few days.' I've cancelled the order on 3/23/20, and I've filed a dispute with my bank. I have not heard from Fannyu at all regarding order cancellation, refund, etc. My last email received was on 3/17/20. Apparent tracking advertisement for Fannyu is "Logistics" and "Arrive."

Don't buy anything from this scammer. They charged me twice and never sent anything but form letter type emails and they even gave bogus info to my credit card company.

I WISH I could leave a negative review!! They took $50.00 of my money, sent me something different than what I ordered now they tell me I must send a picture or video and product must be returned in 15 days. I have been going back and forth with them for about a month and a half. It says if I return the product it is highly likely there will be no refund. This is such a scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE JERKS!!

Terrible business dont buy anything from them

As a business owner it takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews but I implore anyone to AVOID this company. I don’t care how nice you think one of their items is, it’s all SMOKE & MIRRORS, they are ONLY about getting hold of your money. They have no morals and YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS shown.
You will wait a minimum of 3-4 months and they charge USA prices for inexpensive inferior overseas goods.
( GREED) most don’t ever receive items and those that do still wait MONTHS and are then sent a cheap inferior product that looks NOTHING like what you purchased.
I am personally reporting them to the Better Business Bureau so they can no longer sell in the US. I suggest everyone else does the same
( PLEASE NOTICE EVERY REVIEW LEFT FOR THIS ODDLY NAMED COMPANY IS ONE STAR, and I’ve also been told that EVERY ITEM you wait 4+ months for LOOKS NOTHING like the item you purchased so after all that aggravation you then get to argue with a company about now returning. This is a con job, they ONLY want U.S dollars in their hands & you will have to pry it from their cold dead hands to get your refund as their only goal is to separate you from your money, it is NOT to supply you with a product you are happy with.
All of you who already purchased don’t give in, you not only righting your wrong you are saving the next person from dealing with this criminal element. And to all those who haven’t purchased from them yet RUN ....SAFE yourself the aggravation and purchase from U.S. or AMAZON instead ( where items arrive the same day or following day and refunds & returns are immediate! )

if i could give negative star review here I would. I placed an order on feb 13th. Never recieved it. Started to email on march second asking what the hold up was. Was given run around, not straight answers. Fast forward to today, I have been getting email replies from them begging me to wait and let them 'custom make'the order. Which I have been asking daily for over a week now for a full refund and cancellation of the order.

I placed order with FannyU on March 1st. I have not gotten my order yet. It has yet to ship, I have emailed the company 15-20 times and they still REFUSE to send my REFUND.. I suggest you against ordering from FannyU. My order was for 2 pairs of jeans and costed me almost $80. If you order from this company you can kiss your money goodbye, bc you will never receive your order!!

I wish I would have read the reviews befor I got scammed!! Finally got the jeans but they were Dollar Store quality and not even close to what was pictured. I threw them away!

I paid fannyu online and still no clothes for 8 weeks. I thought I was buying from an eco-friendly company in Canada. But no, these people are in fact in China. The replies to my emails just ask for patience. I am not sure what is really going on. I would be very, very wary of paying money to these people every again. A month after my March review the clothes have arrived - all three pairs of pants are the wrong size. They are not the size I ordered. The virus doesn't explain this.

A huge scam, and they take your money and run. No product, and no refunds! Stay away! Buyer Beware!!!
