It was a memorable experience for my son and I. We travelled all the way from Houston Texas and it was an unbelievable experience for both of us. The seats we got were out of this world! We were literally sat next to the pitch!

I had a great experience as it was my first time going to old Trafford. There was no problem in getting in and I enjoyed every bits of it as Man U won

After I ordered my ticket, I noticed a yellow exclamation mark on the email. This told me that my tickets were both junior tickets - fine for my daughter, but no good for me. I looked back at the ads and it is on there, but could be clearer. I tried to resolve it by calling the club ticket line, who told me that Fanpass are not a recognised provider and often fans arrive to the game to find their seats have been sold multiple times (I see some reviews mention this). And of course, it is not possible to contact the seller to ask if they can upgrade the ticket, assuming it is legit. Also, I still don't have the tickets which apparently could be delivered on the day of the game.

It's all too vague, and I didn't want to disappoint my daughter, so just bought from a recognised seller list from the clubs website, which I should have done in the first place.

I have used Fanpass for several years now and every time my experience as a seller was getting worse and worse.

Their listing process is very confusing especially if you are selling more than 1 ticket at once. The first time I used it, I listed 2 tickets for a champions league and was selling only 2 tickets as a pair. Their listing showed it as 2 pairs and buyers thought it was 4 tickets. I was punished for this even though the person who bought the ticket was told way before the game that it was only 2 tickets and not 4! I was paid half the amount I want.

Fast forward a couple of years later, I was selling 3 tickets and didn't have to be sold together. 2 tickets were bought and provided to the buyers. 24 hrs before the game my ticket disappears from the listing.
After the event, the buyer has told them that they could not get in even though I was communicating with the buyer and provided them with everything they needed to enter the game. The other buyer was able to get it in with no issues whatsoever. When I provided the ticket for the other buyer they stopped communicating back and blocked my number. They then complain to fanpass and that they were unable to get in and I was not paid for the ticket. I showed fanpass all the communication with the buyer and showed them the conversation.

When the payment arrived for the 1 ticket I sold, it was short of 50% of the amount. When questioned it, they said that there is a penalty on the sale from 2023. Mind you this was in 2026.

There customer service is none existent and have no understanding of urgency or common sense. They try to keep your money and would use any excuse to not pay you completely or only a fraction of what was promised.

I do not recommend using them for selling or even buying as there are many rogue sellers on there that will waste your time and money

Queried legitimacy of football tickets with fanpass several times when they were received. Assured the seller was verified & reputable by fanpass. Travelled 200 miles to Wembley & could not use the tickets. Informed when i tried to use them they were fake. Pointless and very expensive journey with 2 children for carabou cup final . Avoid this company.

Fanpass have responded but only after i had travelled 200 miles with my children. I queried the tickets and whether i should make the journey or cancel my train tickets several times before leaving for Wembley. I was categorically assured the tickets were real. Even if fanpass do refund the price of the counterfeit tickets i am still out of pocket having paid for 3 return train tickets from Manchester to Wembley.

Bought 2 tickets to Everton Vs Chelsea on Saturday for my mate and his dad. Tickets worked no issues at all, got emailed tickets Thursday morning.

Bought tickets back in Feb for the Man City cs arsenal match and still no tickets! Match is today and still not recieved them! Emailed customer service a few times with concerns and just told to wait! Out of pocket and no refund as of yet

Bought ticket. Received it and could tell it was a fake ticket on a fake website straight away. I let the seller and the platform know. Seller did not answer and the platform kept saying the ticket was legit.

Went to the stadium. Ticket was refused. Got the letter of refusal from the event organiser along with a photo of the scanner showing the error message. Started the whole process for refund with the platform, card issuer and anti fraud UK government org. Wish me luck :D

The whole point of this website is to sell fake tickets.
- Some people won't bother challenging them once sold fake tickets.
- The platform will do everything no to give you a refund
- Even if they give you a refund they will try to keep the fees! So at least 30£ will stay in their pocket.

They can only win thanks to this well organised scam. The company HQ is in the United Arab Emirates... but they seem to have at least offices or a postal box in Barcelona. It would be nice if they EU authorities could at least close their EU offices!

I bought tickets on Friday for a match scheduled the following Tuesday. There was no communication at all until Monday, when I reached out myself. I was told the seller would send the tickets soon. Late Monday night, the seller messaged saying not to worry and that the tickets would be sent at 10am the next day.

By 11am, still nothing—then suddenly the seller said they didn’t have the tickets and told me to request a refund from the website. I immediately did that, but received no response at all. No contact, no support—only automated emails.

At 3pm, I unexpectedly received three tickets. With no clear communication and afraid of losing my money, I felt forced to go. I drove 4 hours from Gatwick to Manchester. I arrived around 7:30pm—but at 7:15pm, just before arrival, I got an email from the seller saying the tickets were invalid.

Completely unacceptable experience. No proper support, no accountability, and extremely stressful. I’ve already contacted my card issuer to cancel the payment.

Do NOT buy from this website. I strongly suspect the positive reviews are fake.

Thankfully we had the tickets!
Now I’ll tell you my experience, we bought 3 tickets for Liverpool vs Tottenham which cost 1388£ including 210£ extra paid for paper tickets and delivered 7 days before the game, obviously this didn’t happen. A few days before the game I contacted the support and they just answered saying the tickets will be available 24 hours before the game. About 40 hours before the game I received an email saying, contact me I’m the seller of the tickets and I want to arrange the delivery, 10 minutes later try to call him and obviously he didn’t pick up, I did try again and again and again and nothing. 24 hours before the game I contact again support team and I was blessed to get a really helpful guy ( Nabil ) who managed to get in touch with the seller, a few hours later the seller comeback to me saying he had a issue with his phone! I was like ok when you’ll send my tickets or where I’ll get them, when I just found that Liverpool doesn’t sell paper tickets which Fanpass advertised for and I paid. Finally I managed to get the tickets the evening before the game but in a format electronic and only that can be used with a iPhone. Shit and really stressed experience as I had 2 friends coming from abroad, thank you Fanpass !

THIEVES AND LIARS!! I have not received my two paid tickets for the football match, which cost more than £300. I will resist this theft for sure! Very poor and useless customer service. Please do not buy anything from this company, the reviews for this company on Trustpilot must be fake. I do not believe this company at all, just search more and look further on the internet, or check their Facebook and you will see too..

Easy step good tutor

Easy and simple purchase of the tickets. Exact instructions were given post purchase regarding entry at the turnstiles.

2 stars on the basis I bought tickets, and actually got into the event however came with alot of stress getting past security...

I purchased adult tickets, but was sent under16 tickets and i messaged the buyer he emphasised it wouldnt be an issue, but clearly was.

Untrustworthy

First using fan pass, watched the arsenal vs Mansfield fa Cup game. Communication was great and also with the seller. Managed to get good seats for the game as well.

I bought two tickets for my husband as a xmas present so was worried when it came to the actual date of the match as wasn't sure the tickets were actually going to let him into the game. When he arrived there he was told the tickets he had were already scanned!! So he got straight in contact with the seller and within 10 minutes received new tickets and was let into the stadium!! Was really impressed with the seats so ended a really good experience!!

10/10 Deffo use it again, highly effective, recommend it hundo💯
