Avoid this company at all cost!!

Was advised to sell my ticket for a concert in Madrid that unfortunately I could no longer attend, through this website. It was straightforward to do. However, despite the ticket being live for a couple of months, nobody could buy it as the message 'this ticket cannot be purchased at present please try again later' was permantly written!! These people clearly blocked my ticket, and other people's from being sold. They did not care in the slightest when I contacted them, nor did they accept responsibility for their dishonest website, and this blocking of tickets. There is nowhere to report this company with its bad practice! I lost 180 euro because of this company.
