After my order was confirmed and the payment was made, all communication stopped. Tried to get in touch with them about the order not shipping and now it's been over a month and still cannot get in touch with anyone.

Another great customized purchase. It is a full zipper front with modified zippered pockets for security. I had an idea for a football hoodie that reflected Washington's old and new Redskins and Commanders names The hoodie has the team names on either sleeves (screen printed) and the corresponding logos (sewn on / embroidered) on either side of the front. The back has my name and number on the back (also sewn on patches). The material has a soft silky finish and feels great.
The whole process from design to delivery took about a month, culminating in it delivery today.

I've ordered multiple jerseys. The latest is an extremely customized "Dodgers" one. I live in Colorado so this jersey is the state colors {red, white, blue, yellow) with a white base color, 1 blue sleeve, 1 red sleeve(with the CO flag patch), and yellow pin stripping on the collar and down the front. The lettering (Dodgers on the front, my name on the back) and numbers have outlines of the mountains through them. Finally there's a Colorado mountain patch on the lower front.
I described what I wanted and they sent a mock-up of what it would look like. We bounced a couple of ideas back and forth to finalize the design.
It came out great. Can't wait to order my next one.
