Hope you’re doing well.

Could you please let us know what’s happening, and what made you write this comment? We checked your account history and noticed that you previously had one payout delayed because the receiving bank refused it, so the amount was returned to your fanspicy account.

You then requested a new withdrawal, and it was processed within 24 hours on January 15th. Please note that payouts to the USA can take up to 5 working days (excluding the processing day). Today is the 4th working day, so you should receive the payout today or tomorrow.

If the payout is refused again and returned to us, we’ll be more than happy to send it using another method such as Crypto (USDT TRC20) or Paxum. Alternatively, you can also try withdrawing to a different bank account.

We truly understand how frustrating this can be, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that this happens very rarely, and usually only when the recipient bank causes an issue, which is unfortunately outside of our control.
