Today broke cord on my Belaire fan

Today broke cord on my Belaire fan . Tried to contact for advise after 1/2 hr on phone and wanting to spek to someone . not ww. blar blar gave up .Tried salesetc .Same . Does anyone work here . Customer after sales is the pitts and would never buy again as aftersales bottom drawer

APC thrown package over gate

There was an issue where the guy who delivered the fan threw it over the gate so I contacted Fantasia and reported this issue. I did not open the package as I was not happy with the delivery aspecially as the box had Fragile written all over it.
Teresa who dealt with it arranged for another fan delivery straight away and arranged for a pick up of the fan that had been thrown over the gate and another fan delivery.
I have always bought my fans from this company and have always been more than happy with the product.
On this occasion fantasia where not at fault but the delivery guy.
I exchanged a few emails with Teresa for help and advice and the responce I got was second to none she has been very helpful all along the line...
The initial delivery was by APC but the second delivery was by DPM so as not to have another negative scenario with product being thrown about.

Fantasia Ceiling Fansfrom…

Have purchased ceiling fans from Fantasia for 20+ years always reliable, had to change remotes twice. In my new home, ordered new one, as well as light kit, their delivery service could not find my address after numerous attempts I had to go to courier location to get item. Then discovered I need a new remote asked for discount and was shown online purchase option.

Teresa Cheetham at Fantasia Fans in Orpington, Kent is an absolute gem to promote the Company’s Business Reputation at its finest!

Our Fantasia Scirocco ceiling fan in the Conservatory installed about 4 years ago developed a fault, unable to operate on the remote control. Informed Teresa Chesham in the Customer Service Department. Though out of warranty period, she promptly sent one as a gesture of goodwill! Unfortunately due to my health issues etc., yesterday it went with a “pop” when my wife put the wall switch on which necessitated getting a qualified electrician down today who traced the problem to the DC Receiver Unit. So I rang the Company and fortunately it was Teresa who answered the phone! She immediately recognised me, patiently listened to the correct diagnosis made by the electrician. Lo and behold, she despatched a brand new unit straightaway which we should receive tomorrow! She is an absolute gem to the Company selling high quality British manufactured products as opposed to other companies importing practically everything from China ! Our Scirocco fan is a unique design as it rotates two ways to help cool down in the summer and in a different direction to warm you up in the winter months !

After purchasing these fans for over 20…

After purchasing these fans for over 20 years and having 6 of the Zeta fans that cost over £450 each they are all getting a manufacturer fault with the receiver and the remote system alright. If I wanted to sort the problem I need to pay over £60 each and fit myself terrible customer service and product support. This fan has a 15 year warranty but only on certain parts very disappointed.!

If you are looking for an ethical…

If you are looking for an ethical company this is a good choice.

I placed an order and then found that I was are going to be unable to use the item due to the construction issues in our house.

Richard was fantastic throughout the process. Very helpful in guiding me on the initial purchase and immediately reimburse me when I found I couldn’t use the item.

Brilliant Customer Support

Really impressed by the Customer Support service. We have one of their fans, which we are really pleased with (quiet and effective) but the remote function failed (out of warranty by some way). I contacted their help line and was promptly assisted in identifying a new unit -and given a discount as well. My order was despatched on the same day via DPD (so you know exactly when it will arrive). Full marks to Fantasia UK👍

Exceptional Products and after sales support.

Over the years I have bought five Fantasia fans, all are still operating well. The quality and reliability is beyond doubt the very best that I know of. Through misadventure and my clumsy abuse I have manged to break a globe on one and had a bulb failure on another. Recently one failed to operate as I expected and I was baffled as to why, a quick telephone call to their Technical Guys produced a resolve in under two minutes. The resoloution was prompt and accurate. These people ar impossible to fault (and why would or should I?), with service like this I am very happy to continue with their exceptional Products and their after sales support.

Fantasia fans are supposed to be the…

Fantasia fans are supposed to be the best about. My Viper has a failed remote control after 4 years and a usage of three evenings!
Beware, the fan motor has a 5 year warranty, but they obviously don’t trust their remote as only 2 years.
Very disappointed after speaking to customer services, that repair is 100% down to me.
Beware, read their small print!

Strong and silent nearly three years later. Superb

Bought our fans nearly two and a half years ago. Still going strong and quiet. We had a bulb blow last week and the little collar that holds on the light cluster had split. Called Fantasia and spoke with a very helpful women called Teresa who popped 2 in the post with their compliments and told us where we can buy them In the future from the Fantasia website. Great product, great service, can't recommend highly enough.

If you need a ceiling fan, buy from these guys.

Excellent service from these guys. About 7 years ago (2013) we had a conservatory built and the builders were let down by their fan suppliers. I ordered an Alpha fan from Fantasia Ceiling fans at short notice and it arrived the next day allowing the builders to fit it. Spring 2020, and the remote control for the fan failed. I contacted Fantasia Fans and explained the problem to them to see if I could get a replacement remote and they went through various checks (very knowledgable person for a 7 year old fan) and determined the best solution was to send me a new remote and, just to make sure, a new receiver unit for the fan. And at no cost as the fan motor had a 10 year guarantee. The bits arrived three days later (over a weekend and during the corona virus lock down) and, sure enough, all is well. So impressed. Excellent customer service.

I recently installed a Viper ceiling…

I recently installed a Viper ceiling fan in the bedroom which included a light. Sad to say we cannot use it because it has a very annoying hum! I have emailed Fantasia hoping for some advice. Crossing fingers for some help. If they can assist I will immediately change my review. Hope this experience helps anyone who has or had the same problem.

Excellent fans

We have three fantasia fans and one developed a fault after continuous use over 15 years. The company explained that it would only require a replacement switch even though I suggested that I should replace the fan given the use and age. They sent a replacement switch free of charge with instructions on how to replace. This was performed and the fan now works perfectly. Cannot recommend this company enough. Their quality and support is second to none.

excellent service

I needed a ceiling fan for my new conservatory & wanted quiet, powerful & non wobble. The very experienced Kath talked me through the range & I opted for the Omega with DC motor (15yr warranty) that does everything the Viper does but is more economical re power (plus has 3 lower speeds for the recirculation of warm air in winter) & Sorrento light kit LED lights. I spoke with her on many occasion before settling on the setup & each time was a pleasure to do business.

Fantasia Ceiling Fans - Fantastic product and service

Had been looking for a quiet ceiling fan for my sons bedroom to replace the rather noisy DIY store product he had. Decided on a product from a Company called Fantasia Ceiling Fans. It wasn't a cheap product but had a remote controller. My son loves that. The fan is an Elite Viper Plus.
It has a 15 year guarantee. Installation was no more difficult than fitting any ceiling fan, accomplished with much grunting and puffing.
The fan is super quiet in operation except at high speed, but high speed is only required on really hot days. The integral light can be switched on and off and dimmed via the remote. The fan three speeds can are controlled via the remote. All this control is only by the remote I should add.
Thereby lies the rub, one day approx. 3 months after installation my son could only get Fan Off or High Speed and Light controls via the remote. A quick call to Fantasia and next day I had received the replacement parts to correct the fault. Cannot recommend highly enough the service we have received from this company. And we still like the fan.
