Useless

As a genuine fan I am appalled at the Premier Leagues behaviour and lack of interaction with reference to the failed Newcastle takeover. They are just not fit for purpose.

A closed shop organisation where if the face does not fit then you’re out of luck. An organisation that hides behind silence and ignores a fan base and a club, 40+ Members Of Parliament and even the Prime Minister of The United Kingdom, Boris Johnson himself.

It is presently conducting itself in a disrespectful manner that is the complete opposite of it's Charter, acting in it's own interests and is answerable to nobody but itself.

Terrible customer service

I wrote a letter (Sent via email) to the premier league (Richard Masters) on the 1st August. I have yet to receive a response (not even an acknowledgment of receipt). This is poor behaviour and customer service and I’m disappointed to have been treated in this way when I subscribe to both sky sports and BT sports so that I can watch their ‘product’.

Silence is just confirmation of guilt

Silence is just confirmation of guilt. Many MPs and prime minister himself have asked for more transparency on the attempted takeover and still nothing... if they were innocent in all of this why don’t they explain their selfs? I’m guessing they’re covering up any illegal activity’s connecting themselves with corruption.

The EPL is the managing board of the 20 top football teams in England. Football fans increasingly seem the EPL as acting in the interests of the top 6 clubs at the expense of others. The 1000's of critisism's are either left unanswered or given the 'no comment' treatment. This lack of communication and respect is surely a sign of rotten governance and leaves me with the feeling that this organisation delight in treating fans, media and their elected representatives with contempt. Shame on you EPL

only gave 1 star as there isnt an option to give zero stars - absolutely incompetent organisation - totally let down NUFC supporters , wont justify why it took months - most supporters would say if the takeover bid failed the ODT then fair enough , but to just bury your head in the sand and say nothing is pathetic ! you dont represent the premier league clubs , you represent your own interests !

always had faith in the premier league but after recent events most fans have come to realise how corrupt they are, no one can join the big 6 as they are not allowed i wonder how much Liverpool and man u and city pay them to keep things how they want and its clear now that fans dont matter, Newcastle will always be here but thanks to corrupt people like Richard Masters they will never be able to challenge, joke of a organization..

The EPL is corrupt

The EPL is corrupt - looks after the big 6, the rest can live off scraps.
For a private and confidential process - Bein sports were in the loop!
You are an awful organisation and corrupt to the core!

Sir John was a bit of tinker

I though my old mate Sir John was a bit of a tinker when it came to the old ethics, let alone his son little Duggie and his mate fat Freddie. But they have noting on this shower, and little Duggie and Fat Freddie got done by the original fake sheikh in an establishment of ill repute don’t forget.
Anyway tricky Dickie is available to the highest bidder, however his decision making abilities are only up for sale during the overseas TV rights auctions and Dickies morals are sold to the winner of the Middle Eastern rights holder. So old Dickie has managed to make me old bosses look like saints on Tyneside, which for Fat (King of a he High Street) Mike and Freddie takes some doing.

Would not recommend this organisation, but if you do want to partake I always recommend a BeOutQ stream, much cheaper

WORSE THAN USELESS

WORSE THAN USELESS. The Premier League and Richard Masters are meant to govern the competition in a way that they are fair to all 20 clubs, providing a level playing field, but this is not the case. You pander to the big 6 cartel, and even allow them to help select Mr Masters in his role as chief puppet. It is obvious to anyone with any common sense that there must be an independent investigation into your affairs and that WHEN found to be more bent than FIFA and a 9 bob note, heads should role. A very unhappy customer and Newcastle Utd Fan

Premier league who do you work for?

If Incould leave a minus number I would. I have watched football from the 1970's to the present day. I often questioned the direction that the game has taken, however, saw the Premier league as a real opportunity to take the game forward. What do I now see a self serving, morally corrupt and cash greedy leviathan managed by manipulating corrupt individuals not willing to make any decisions that may enhance the game in the fans eyes. In fact they have proved time and again that the fans to them are not important. The recent attempt at a takeover for Newcastle United is a classic example in a long line of instances where the Premier league has treated fans contemptuously, no doubt done to keep them in their place. Absolutely awful behaviour biting the hand that feeds them. This organisation need to take a long hard look at how they conduct themselves and to who's benefit they should be working.
