Amazing products! Fast shipping! Even reasonable prices! This was my original review. I was trying to keep my review simple but it comes off sounding hollow.
Here's what I should have said:
I was specifically looking for the smells similar to soarin' and flight of passage and I found them here. I've looked in a lot of places and this is definitely the best. Everything I said in the beginning is true but I don't mind elaborating. Support small business and enjoy the smell of your house lol

Products arrived in a timely matter. Everything you see on the website is as advertised. Scents smell amazing (just like you're at the parks) and the diffuser we got runs smoothly! Outstanding company.

I received my fragrances (Avatar's flight, in spray and oil form) and they were very close to what I wanted.

I was so excited to get the car scents and had on my gift list. My mom got them and I thought the package smelled amazing. Added the scent stick to the car diffuser and could hardly smell anything. Didn’t matter if air or heat or nothing coming from the vent, I barely smelled anything a couple of times and that was it. Definitely not worth the price.

This shop is amazing! So nice they reached out to me when my order was wrong. They answered all my questions helped edit my order and everything smells amazing! So happy with my fragrances!

customer service just does reply. Placed an order on December 15 still no information on product. Faster part is when they take you money,. i would not recommend this company.

Terrible experience with this company. I bought a diffuser, but was disappointed with the quality. I was in contact with the company, received a label and returned the product 4 days after receiving it. The company received the product, however, never refunded my money. I sent them multiple emails and have called them. I do not recommend buying from this company!!!!

I love everything products i have got. The company website is amazing an user friendly. I wish them growth in expanding the company. Thank you for your hard work.

Where do I begin! From the customer service to the products. All. Amazing!! I purchased my first smart car diffuser this summer and have since ordered 5 more for gifts. The scents are so spot on and remind us so much of Disney! It’s incredible how they’ve mastered the scents!!

Awesome service and prompt delivery! I called the company about a question and the owner of the company answered my call even while he was on a family vacation in Disney!!
I purchased the Castle Wall Diffuser and 4 different scents for my granddaughters birthday and I can’t wait to give them to her. Her family has vacationed at Disney since she was little. I can smell the scents through the boxes and they smell wonderful. Awesome company!!

Just placed my 2nd order this time for car fragrances and love it!

The shipping is slow and i wrote an email to inquire about the shipping as soon as i wrote email to get my miney back a shipping label was printed that day and answered email a week lter phone number doesnt work to get in-touch with them and when i finally got response about shipping and wanting my money they told me i could send back when i received order followed up with that and never heard back. So i had to keep product and to top it off after putting in car you can even smell it after putting in that vent clip they call a diffuser over prices junk oh thye do smell good coming right out of pack after that and putting in diffuser cant smell and just junk.Dont buy and awful customer service will never ever order again .

I ordered from them back in May, and they accidentally sent me the wrong order and sent me a shipping label for me to return. I did. No big deal, it happens. What has me frustrated is that I have asked for my order that I purchased, they keep telling me they are going to send it, I've asked for a tracking number, and now have not gotten a response back from them since July. I have recently asked for my money back because they obviously aren't sending my order. I think them I have given more than enough chances. It's really too bad, I was looking forward to my order.

Even though the smell of the items that you receive are good, the wall plug does not have any settings and the diffusers only last a few days not 2 to 3 weeks as stated. They claim the size of the room has something to do with it, but I have used others that do not evaporate that fast. The car clip is nice and if you smell the stick that is inserted it does smell good, but it does not send any scent into the car.

I absolutely love this company. The scents are great. They remind me of all the great times I had in Disney and make me want to go back. The customer service was very good. They responded to my questions within hours. I will definitely be buying from them again.

This is by far my favorite company! I miss the scents of the parks and resorts and I feel a sense of peace with the fragrances they provide. I emailed asking for clarification on something and got a response in minutes (not days). I also needed to update my address before the items shipped and received a text asking to confirm. I will 100% be purchasing again… 3 car scents with this company is the same price as 1 of the competitors… no going back now!

I ordered several items, hit checkout and then realized I forgot one item! 😭🫣 I sent an email, and almost immediately received a call from Daniel, telling me he was sending me an invoice for the extra product and adding it to my previous purchase so I wouldn’t have to pay extra shipping! Thank you Daniel! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love the hotel scents at the parks (we visit with our kids yearly). The scents really do capture the essence of the parks and rides. I’ll be ordering more!!

Excellent product even better customer service. Ordered a diffuser and sole souring scents for a Mother’s Day present. I didn’t notice the shipping options so called at 7:30 in the morning about an ETA or upgrade. The owner and his wife had been up all night filling orders. They answered the phone were super pleasant found my order and walked me through the upgraded shipping process. Got the diffuser on time the smells are perfect just like the ride. Hope this small business grows and stays around for a long time. Put in another order for the car diffusers this morning
