Bad communication, No more response, but great quality
We ordered a large amount at fantasyprints.nl. After a few weeks we mailed the company about our order. We did nog get a notification about a mistake in our order they had to fix.
After a few emails we got our order, the quality was great! But when we checked there were parts missing and some we had double.
We have send verious of mails but haven't got a response since. We can not get in contact with them now...

The quality of the product is amazing
The quality of the product is amazing, however the communication on the delivery side can be improved. The delivery took 2 weeks, without any notice on why it had to take two weeks. After sending an email I got a automatic send reply (which gives the impression they forgot the order)

Great seller
Great seller. Got some premium quality miniatures from them. First shipment, they accidentally sent me some Yuan-Ti instead of the dwarves I ordered. One email later and I had replacements on the way and I was allowed to keep the wrong mini's as well. I even got in touch with them to add in some other mini's which was not an issue.
Highly recommend them for the quality of their prints and their outstanding customer service.

Amazing Printing
The quality of the print is amazing. It was very well packaged so it arrived in prime condition. The website is very user friendly. And the way you request custom prints is clear and concise.

Great resource for 3d printed mini's
Summarized, good quality miniatures, fast delivery and fair prices. Have yet to be disappointed in anything I bought. Only thing is, keep in mind some items need a but more curing than others. Definitely my go to for miniatures for D&D or other tabletop games

The package was delivered on time but print had some faults
The package was delivered on time, but some parts of the miniature were not properly printed. Due to this, I had to sculpt part of the arm myself to properly fit the hammer arm to the body.
Also the details on the large buste were beautiful except for the back where the printjob blobbed some of the details.
