Unfortunately, for packages shipped outside the European Union, in rare cases, packages may be stopped by customs for random checks, which usually delays shipment by a couple of days.
In these cases, we immediately contact customs to ensure that the package is delivered with as little delay as possible.

Terrific overall experience
The website and pictures displayed were exactly how the product was when it arrived.
The order process was easy and efficient and the packing of the order was timely with notice provided when the goods were sent for shipping.
The only issue I came across was the courier did not provide a tracking number and I had to contact Fantini Pelletteria via Watts app to obtain this number.
Definitely would use the website and company in the future.

High-quality and soft genuine leather. It took 8 days for the delivery to arrive in Adelaide. But it's worth the wait. I hope the tracking number was sent earlier to ensure that it has already shipped.
