Pretty good service and very competitive prices. The only reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is that their topup system is the worst payment experience I have ever tried.

Unreliable phone Service
f you you happen to switch phones for any reason, your credit will not follow eventhough you do a transfer of line from the old phone you will have to purchase new credit on the new phone, the worst is that in spite of the purchased credit I have not been receiving any calls and when I tested it myself by calling the purchased line from a landline phone the call does not go through !!!!! waiste of money and time

Dear Amead,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, and we’d like to clarify how our service works. Your credit is tied to your account, not your device, so switching phones should not result in any loss of balance. If you’re experiencing issues, it may be related to account authentication or settings that need to be updated.
Regarding call connectivity, we always aim to provide a seamless experience, but occasional issues can arise due to network settings, carrier restrictions, or call routing. We would be happy to assist you in troubleshooting this. Please reach out to us at sales@fanytel.com with your account details, and we’ll work on resolving this as quickly as possible.
Waste of money
When I tried using the number I bought for Telegram and Whatsapp sign up, it was shown as “banned” number!

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Some VoIP numbers may be restricted by third-party apps like WhatsApp or Telegram, as they have their own policies regarding VoIP number usage. Unfortunately, we do not control how these platforms decide to allow or block numbers.
That said, we always aim to provide fully functional numbers for our users. If you encountered this issue, please contact us at sales@fanytel.com with your account details, and we will check your number and explore possible solutions for you.
Fanytel's support experience was bad
Fanytel's support experience was disappointing. After agreeing to a refund, the team stopped responding, leaving the issue unresolved. Additionally, their WhatsApp feature hasn't worked since last year, yet they continue to advertise it on their website, creating a misleading customer experience. Their lack of accountability and outdated services make them a challenging provider to rely on.

WhatsApp has updated its Terms of Use policy and is no longer accepting US VoIP numbers.
Affordable and reliable
Affordable and reliable, Fanytel Business VoIP is my go-to for OTPs. It gets the job done without breaking the bank.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Reliable call quality is a top priority for us, and we understand how frustrating this must be. Issues like call drops or one-way audio can sometimes be caused by network settings, VoIP restrictions, or call routing.
We’d love to resolve this for you. Please contact us at sales@fanytel.com with your account details so we can investigate the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible.

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received SMS verification codes for Gmail or Yandex. Some online services have restrictions on VoIP numbers, which can affect SMS delivery. While we do our best to ensure reliable SMS reception, certain platforms may block messages to VoIP numbers based on their internal policies.
