The representative was at the property in good time for the viewing and was able to show me all of the rooms in a positive way. They reviewed all of the costs that would be involved and even gave suggestions of how to best use the spaces in the rooms. They were available and able to answer all of my questions both during and after the viewing and have been very supportive.

Fairfield estate have been courteous in all their responce to our telephone calls and have sent when necessary a very efficent engineer to rectify our problems that have been found within the property, acting for the owner who is absent.

We had quite a few bad experiences with other agents.
Farefield were a delight!
Tammy was fab. She went above and beyond to help and support us...checking up on us with text messages over weekend and evenings...nothing was too much trouble.
Angela was also a star! Forever patient at the end of the phone. Above and beyond support and advice.

As a long term tenant with Farefield I found the staff very helpful - maintenance problems were always promptly dealt with. Competitive prices for the area. Highly recommended.

Farefield Estates continue time and time again to look after me. I have been renting with these lovely people for 2 years almost and don't intend to leave them any time soon. Recently we lost my nan, and in the week that she was unwell I asked if I could park my car outside my property (I didn't have a permit as parked elsewhere) to make it easier if I was called overnight. Carly made it possible for me to pay for one month of parking which really did make it easier when I was called in.

It's not only this, but any time I have a concern, I never feel afraid to call or email them.

The flats are clean and spacious, and any maintenance issues are fixed very quickly!

If you are considering renting with them, definitely do. You won't regret it 😊 x

Well I've got to say me and my partner have been looking for a year to find a place to rent we have been let down to many times but I took a chance with Fare field estates and wow I couldn't fault them.. they work longer hours to suit people working long hours we meet Jacqui on the Thursday and by Wednesday we were signing our agreement with Tammy both very friendly and professional and the guys working in the office are brilliant great communication... if your struggling to find a place go with fare field estates you won't be disappointed.... thank you all for helping us from Shaun and Rebekah
