Every experience I've had with the…

Every experience I've had with the support team has been top notch. They are super friendly, very efficient, and complete ever task accurately.
Ruby was very helpful in adding on locker rentals, and Caroline was very helpful in adjusting our capacity for our Shuttle Run activity.

Kausar provided excellent customer service…

Your associate Kausar walked me through changing an order to reduce the number of chairs the person needed. Additionally, she sent me an email after we finished going through the change process and related refund for my customer. In the email it explained the steps we had just done and had a link to a video for future reference. That was very appreciated because I don't have these changes often, so I'll need the reminder. Her patience, professionalism and knowledge made it a pleasure to work with her.

FareHarbor's customer support cannot be beat! It is incredibly refreshing, especially in this day and age, to be able to pick up the phone and talk to a LIVE person, 24 hours a day, 7 hours a week. Not only is FareHarbor support easily accessible, but the support team is friendly, respectful - and super smart!
