Never use this company!! Too bad there isn't a 0 star! My experience was similar to many who have given very negative comments on this so-called company. First, I couldn't understand any of the three people with whom I spoke because English was not their first language. That alone will discourage me from ever booking through Farehutz in the future. But that was only the beginning of my unpleasant experience. Online I was in the process of booking my flight with United from South Bend, IN to Asheville, NC for $136 round trip which was a great price. I was on the final page of the booking when my "in progress" status rolled to a stop. After 30 mins I called a number which turned out to be Farehutz and was told my return flight was full and I would have to book a different flight. Of course, there were no other return flights available at the same price and now the total ticket cost would be $329.98. Then suddenly a round trip ticket was available on a different airline. Now all of the details from the first round trip flight were scrapped and we started all over with the new booking for the $329.98 price. Of course I tried to cancel the whole thing and was told it was a non refundable ticket. Be very careful with these third party interlopers. The rep from their company told me they book all tickets for every airline. That should have been a huge red flag!!

This is definitely a scam. I should’ve read all of the reviews. They get you to put your Payment information Then they call you 30 minutes after saying “unfortunately the flight is no Longer available at the price, but if you would like to pay double And go on a different date we can keep it”
I wish there was zero stars to give them.

SCAM!!!! I give Farehutz 0 STARS....what a horrible untrustworthy so called company. I booked a round trip ticket from Cincinnati to Charlotte for 09/26/24. I was told I would get my eticket in 24 hours at the 24 hour mark I got a call saying the flight I booked was full but they had another flight I could take for another $443. I called American Airlines(airline my ticket should have been with) just to see if the flight was real and full I was told no that they don't use a third party to sale flight tickets. I let them no I was not interested in the flight no longer I was then ask 100 questions and told why I should pay them another $443 cause I would not get a refund and the money I already paid I would lose. This so called company is a big SCAM please don't waste your time or money.

She was always willing to help and reassured me despite my anger and frustration over the delay.

Today, I booked a flight and within less than a minute of completing the payment, this company called me to. A very unfriendly customer service woman that I could not understand due to her accent proceeded to tell me that I will need to pay extra to check any bags in. I immediately asked for a refund and she proceeded to tell me that my £1800 was not refundable. I was in shock and asked for a manager and she put me on hold without telling me that she was. I hang up and went to the company website and it showed that I can cancel within the first 4 hours after booking free of charge and get a full refund. Let's just say this woman was trying to steal my hard earned money as she told me that it is in their terms that I could not cancel. Well....Farehutz, I beg to differ. Your website says I can so why is your agent telling customers lies. I would tell everyone not to book through you as you are trying to scam customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT GRIEF!

Same scenario as last person, booked ticket, then got phone call demanding GBP250 extra for luggage.
These people are a rip off - similar priced flights include luggage.
After a lot of arguing they cancelled my flight.
These cowboys should not be allowed to operate.
