yourcruisebookings.com 886 882-5102

yourcruisebookings.com 886 882-5102, a Farequest USA LLC affiliate scammed me for additional cruise fees that did not exist, I lost $750 that I will most likely never recover. I mistakenly called this number when my internet search for Princess cruise contact regarding upcoming cruise. I am not usually this stupid, should have gone thru the Princess site directly. These people are criminals!

The worst company that exists

The worst company that exists. It's the same situation with my ticket, they took my payment and said they would send me the ticket number 22 hours before departure. Before this happened I bought a ticket online, after confirming everything after two minutes they called me and told me that this is not confirmed because we will give another ticket with the same price but with a slightly different schedule. Ok I said .... I got worried because they were not sending the ticket number and I called them they told me to wait from 6-7 o'clock. As soon as the hour passed the same person called me and told me that the trip was canceled, I got angry and upset and told them to return the money to the cart. They are the worst people I have ever heard of. I will definitely file a lawsuit against this scam company. I will report you for false advertising. I’m going to sue you for all loss and mental torture. You should be shut down for costumers fraud.

This online flight service is nothing…

This online flight service is nothing more than a scam. Booked airline tickets through this site, thinking this was a really good deal. Minutes later received a call, stating that seats were no longer available and pass along to the supervisor. Supervisor stated seats were no longer available but stated for an additional $880+ we could be moved up to the main cabin. We declined and found they ran our cc through. Called the airline the next morning and they stated that Faresquest had called the night before wanting cheaper tickets. Stating that my spouse had kidney issues. Faresquest also changed our flights up three weeks and changed our email for all communications to go directly to them. We got things settled with the airline with our flights. Faresquest is nothing but a scam. They are legit internet criminals. Buyer beware!!

Farequest is not a company

Farequest is not a Company. It's a SCAM. Don't go with it. An Indian guy from rural India doing this SCAM to Americans. When you book a ticket they give you good price. You give your card information and they will send you a confirmation code to your email. Few minutes later they will call you and say that ticket is no more available. By the time you loose your money. They will say they can book the flight with much higher price. There are several other online companies do the same. All these companies are run by the same person with different names. All these companies are SCAM. Please take the ticket directly from the airline website

This website is fraudulent

This website is fraudulent. It is not travel agency. It gathers your identity including credit card number and impersonates you to make reservation or purchase airticket whick never fulfill your request.

Fortunately, I avoid losing money because I contacted an airline directly and realized they reserved a ticket of totally wrong and cheap departure and returning date, impersonating me. The airline accepts 24hours free cancellation, so I'm saved.

First, just after finishing the process on faresquest website, I got a call from a representative, who said the price was changed $400 +, and I had to pay part of the amount to the airline and rest of the amount to Faresquest ((FAREBUZZER// WHITESHARK LLC (Taxes and Fees)) .

I authorized verification of credit card. They said it tooks 24-48hours until my ticket was issued.

Just in case, I contacted airline and learned my booking made, but the date of departure and returning was totally different from my request and more cheap. In addition, the airline said this reservation was not made by travel agency but free mail account to impersonte me.

I didn't wait 24-48 hours as Faresquest representative said, so I could be applied 24hours from booking free cancellation policy of the airline.

I assume they would have to ask more money as commision or some reason later, even though you don't have the right ticket.

Never use Faresquest.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Just like everyone else on here, I was directed to this scam site through Kayak, of all places. Found an incredible business class fare and booked it after much discussion and time spent working on details. I got an email saying it was "under process" and I would be contacted. I've never experienced this with airline booking so I called them only to find out the real price was more than double. They are a scam and need to be avoided at all costs.

BEWARE...SCAM

When you book a flight at a cheap price they will call you back the next day and tell you you don't have a flight confirmation but will sell you another flight for a least double the first price. DO NOT USE THIS SITE !!

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE- Avoid at ALL costs!

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE- writing this as I sit to board a plane back home with a ticket I had to purchase separately HOURS before the flight, despite purchasing a round trip with this company. I suspected something like this would happen after numerous calls with this company to request information to include a receipt for my purchase. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Southwest Airlines canceled 2 return flights this company originally issued me due to “unauthorized charges” made to purchase the return flight. After discovering the initial cancellation, I called the booking company for an explanation and to have a new ticket issued. They did issue one out early in the morning g of my departure, however 4 hours prior to my flight, I checked the status of this new booking only to find it was also cancelled due to the reason mentioned/ Southwest provided. I’m glad I kept checking the status of these bookings, to prevent frustration and embarrassment at the airport. And glad there were still seats left for this flight home!!! Otherwise I would have missed my youngest child’s VERY FIRST DAY EVER OF SCHOOL!!!
Dispute on the initial charge has been submitted with my credit card company.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Skeptical at First

Easy to book. Couldn’t find a cheaper rate for my last minute travel. I was skeptical at first, but they came through! Will book with them again.

Farequest misrepresents their airline…

Farequest misrepresents their airline prices. I booked a roundtrip based on their website prices and they said they would call and never did. When I contacted them, they said the fare was no longer available and now was much higher. I will never do business with Farequest again! Stay away from them! They add stress to your trip planning!

Faresquest Misleading and makes erroneous charges to your credit card

Misrepresented themselves. Acted as if they were delta phone reservations. I called because our Delta.com booking locked up online. They told me it locked up because the fares had changed at that moment and the reservation is now $200 more. They said, there will be two separate charges ... one for the ticket and one for taxes. When the Amex charges came through Amex identified them as "Travel Agency Services". Called Delta number and they asked for the phone number used. The Delta employee said, when they searched the number, it came up as a known scam / fraudlent practice number. Do NOT use Faresquest under any circumstances.

The worst company I've ever encountered

The absolute worst travel related company I've ever dealt with. Over 2 months, I spoke to a number of "customer service" reps who didn't nothing but stall. I booked a trip through them, then wanted a refund based on COVID but all they did was to lie at every turn. Each time I spoke to them, they promised to follow up the next day and each time they failed to do so. I can not say with enough force that this is a scam operation and I warn every single person who might do business with them to beware.
