Frauds. I paid for an order of 100 euro, nothing was ever delivered. I tried multiple times to contact them about this and nothing was done. They replied only once to say I was given a tracking number (I was not). I went to all the pick up points of my area and nothing was there. They stopped responding and have not returned my money.

They sold what they DO NOT HAVE.

Do not trust.

Trackin and stock information wrong.

Although I specifically checked on their site to not be contacted for marketing purposes, they enrolled my email automatically and then sent spam marketing emails, without an option to easily unsubscribe(they asked for filling a large form with more personal data! As well as logging in)
- proposterous. I did not even make a purchase.

**Update to my previous review:**

I feel it’s important to revise my earlier feedback. After initially raising concerns, the situation was handled very professionally by Farmacia Direkt from Granada.

They promptly refunded the item I questioned without unnecessary delays or complications. Following that, their service and communication were excellent — clear, responsive, and genuinely customer-focused.

All orders placed after that have been impeccable — smooth processing, timely delivery, and no issues whatsoever.

It’s always a good sign when a company takes feedback seriously and makes things right. Based on this experience, they have clearly shown a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

A much better experience than my first impression — and credit where it’s due.

I placed an order with FarmaciasDirect (order EU#23230) and received confirmation that it had been shipped via Seur (tracking number 20036-410000454047). After checking directly with the courier, it became clear that the package was never sent or delivered.

FarmaciasDirect offers no functional customer service — there has been no response to repeated contact attempts. This experience shows a lack of reliability and accountability.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company until they improve their service and transparency.

I ordered from them and canceled my order within four hours — unfortunately, the package had already been paid for but hadn’t been shipped yet. They completely ignored my cancellation request. I will never order from them again. Their Q&A clearly states that if the package hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel the order — and that’s exactly what I did. I know they saw my several emails about the cancellation, but they simply ignored them.

I cancelled an order and never heard anything back from the company. I contacted my bank and they refunded the money IMMEDIATELY. I think the bank knew it was a scam

Ordered and got an email to say it was on its way.
Needless to say, order has not arrived.
Emailed customer service and no response.
I usually check websites (on Trustpilot :) before ordering but, for some reason, didn't this time.
Lesson learned.

Order was apparently delivered, but never arrived. We were in the house for the entire day, and nothing was delivered. Total scam. Not able to do anything about it, and no response from them. Total scam. Thieves! Almost 90 euros lost to these scammers.

First and last time I ordered here. I got an email that something went wrong/there is a delay in my shipment. No info about why or how they will solve it or when I can expect it. On the website the product is still in stock. Bad experience.

Rubbish customer service/ordering experience
There is no detail of when the item will arrive. I mean we are talking about medicine, so when it arrives is so important!!
