These CBD drops are excellent!
I've been using Farmacy Bliss softgels for a while and they've really helped my arthritis. But this time I thought I'd try the drops and I think they're excellent! So fast acting. When I need help sleeping or if my arthritis is really acting up, they're a Godsend!

Your package was picked up by USPS on 11/30 but it's possible that they didn't scan it, which is why it's not appearing in the tracking system. Shipping delays happen during the holiday rush. It's also possible that USPS lost the package, but we usually wait 7-10 days to declare the package lost. When that happens, we send out a replacement order at no charge to you, which is what I believe our shipping department is doing today.
While I understand your displeasure with the situation, please also understand that these things are often out of our control, meaning that we don't know that a package is lost or delayed until several days after. We do our best to remedy such situations because customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you would reconsider your review, our team here would be forever grateful :)
