Realicé un pedido el dia 29/11/25 y a dia de hoy 9/12/25 aun no me ha llegado. Me han cortado un tratamiento caro y lo único que me ofrecen es reembolso del dinero. Me han engañado en varias ocasiones diciéndome que me lo mandaría ya que yo me iba de viaje a otro destino y fallaron igualmente. Muchas disculpas y que lo sienten pero mi tratamiento ya no vale y el gasto de dinero y el daño lo tengo yo. Ofrecen en su pagina envio en 24/48 horas.
Pido hoja de reclamaciones para ver si hay derecho a esta informalidad ya que ese mismo dia hice otro pedido en otra pagina y en 48 horas lo tenía en casa.
Nunca lo recomendaría ya que en estas situaciones no vale con la devolución del importe.
Un trato excepcional, los mejores precios del mercado y un atención al cliente inmejorable.
