Bought from the website, chased up by email as the items were time sensitive but received no reply. Twitter account doesn't take messages.

Chased up again and got a message from 'Tom' apologising, saying items would be posted by weekend. But nothing. Sent another email requesting refund but, no surprises, heard nothing back.

I reported to Trading Standards/Citizens Advice - please do the same if you've lost money even if just a small sum.

£119 taken in Oct 2023with no riding boots or horse rug delivered. Trading Standards and small claims courts should absolutely now be involved. Customers should be reimbursed immediately. It is tantamount to stealing from hard up families. I have not been able afford to buy again so I have ridden in old wellingtons all winter.

I ordered a pair of boots costing £84.99 in November 2023, but I did not receive the boots. I eventually had a very pleasant email back on the 31 January from “Founder” Tom Wells (BSc (Hons) RAMA R-SQP !!!!) apologising, but I still have not received the boots!
Tom is a total low life crook!!
Unfortunately I paid using my debit card, rather than PayPal or visa - big mistake! I am now chasing this up through Trading Standards, Citizens Advice Bureau and the British Equestrian Trade association.
I am retired and frankly cannot afford this!

Wish i'd read these reviews before i placed an order. Not received order and no response via phone & email. Appear to have not been trading since May 2023. No activity on facebook since then. I've raised a dispute through paypal. I've reported to Trading Standards & British Equestrian Trade association as they are listed as a member

I ordered rat traps and bait on the website in 2023. They never came. I got 2 emails from the manager explaining delays, which bought them more time to delay even more. Then they didn't reply to my emails. By the time I complained to paypal it was too late and paypal wouldn't refund me. £80 lost. Dishonest company. Avoid

I ordered a riding hat in May 2023 and have still not received this item I understand this company moved and was informed the order would be fulfilled but when I asked again in Nov after no goods arrived the response was “ tough luck” DO NOT purchase from this company as they are not genuine

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Ordered an item in late November, have not been able to contact them via phone or email. Taking peoples money and not delivering is absolutely shocking. Close this company down!!! STAY CLEAR

Purchased items, order confirmed no receipt of items or notification from the supplier for anything. No contact number and no reply to any emails sent via their website or independent. Can only assume it it a fraudulent company. Reported and got full refund via PayPal. Would give a big fat Zero if I could

AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT MY ORDER. They have not returned my emails chasing up my order. The phone number (now since removed from the website) just rings out. Beware as the website is very slick and so reassuring. If I had checked Trust Pilot prior to making my purchase, I would never had purchased from them. I have to wait 30 days from the expected delivery date of my order to make a claim with my bank. What an aggravation and nuisance. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Did not receive items and the owner didn't respond to emails.

Cannot contact this company. No telephone, not answering messages or email. I paid £89 for wellington boots!!

No boots received, no reply, no refund.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! After an initial email when I placed my order over a month ago I have heard nothing despite lots of chasing emails and requests to cancel the order & give me a refund. Utterly incompetent at best, or even worse a complete scam.

Appalling customer service.

Ordered 17th August and absolutely no response to every request for an update on when to expect delivery of my order. I have tried direct email to Tom Wells, the web contact form and Facebook. Then saw these reviews...

Utterly disgusted. If you are having issues at least keep your customers informed or offer a refund.

Appalling. Over 2 months. No item. Have claimed under section 75 and done a charge back. This is a scam business. Barclays are hopefully onto them.

Really awful. I did check reviews when I bought from them and somehow didn't see all these terrible reviews. I concur with all the experiences shared below. Ordered item .. promised delivery within 2-3 days .. got nice email saying thanks for supporting family business .. no sign of my order. Over next 2-3 weeks emailed several times to check if in stock/out for delivery. No reply. Friendly woman on phone said there was some problem with email. Requested order be cancelled and refunded. No reply. Am chasing with paypal for refund.
