Recently made an online purchase as there are no Stores near Me, purchased a Lincoln Stick Welder, & when delivered ckd. the box for damage-there was none, but when I opened it, there was actually a couple of dents in the cabinet-evidently it was packaged that way from Lincoln when manufactured since the box was intact. Contacted Blains, & inquired if They would make a price adjustment (We also supplied Them with pictures of the damage) instead of Me returning the Product (the dents were not that bad, & had I reordered I may have ended up w/one in worse shape) They agreed, & made things right by giving Me a credit & also a gift card. Excellent Service And willingness to work with the Customer to come to a satisfactory conclusion to the problem. Five Stars ! Best, PawPaw C.

Great quality, prices, and customer service:)

In the past Blain's has always had wonderful selection of women's
clothing. I also buy my jeans there....the Alfred Dunner brand is
excellent, as are some of that same brand's, well-designed tops. I also like to purchase some pet items there.....oh and I love the gardening dept. for the selection of fun items available as well as the necessary items like Raid and other plant remedies. On top of all this, I find the prices acceptable and fair, and the staff helpful and
friendly.
