Incredibly great buy! Fast shipping!

I have bought canning supplies before from Blain's and always been pleased. I was on their site the other day and the 6 jar Safecrates for storing canning jars had a amazing price. I bought some in both pints and quarts. I received them today, way ahead of time, in perfect condition. I can't wait to reorganize my canning storage area! The Safecrates are well made and sturdy and look like they will last many years. I 100% recommend Blain's and these crates!

I had my tires rotated at Farm and

I had my tires rotated at Farm and Fleet in Geneseo Illinois. After hearing a weird sound get worse I made an appointment at a mechanic shop. Was not happy with the service at farm and fleet. Took twice as long as when I took it regularly before moving to the country. The wheel fell off on the way. It was terrifying and my grandchildren are scared to drive now since they were with me. It’s costing quite a bit of money to fix. Farm and fleet did not help me. They were defensive from the start Several people , including the tow truck driver shared their horror stories from farm and fleet as well. Fortunately my attorney is family so I have trustworthy representation to help.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Placed a couple large orders just to have them arrived damaged. Called to get replacements again and they also arrived damaged. Company will not refund. What a waste of money and an absolute joke this company is. Go shop elsewhere!

The NO RETURN POLICY on gas powered items has to be modified.

On 7/16/24 @ 8am I purchased a Generac 9600 generator because mine failed while pumping water away from the house due to storms from the evening before. I took the gen home and found it defective coming out of the box. I found this out after I put gas in it and oil and then tried to start the unit, because in trying to start it, he pull mechanism failed and completely fell apart. They would not exchange the item because the POLICY states it has to be looked at by a small engine mechanic to determine that it was bad. meanwhile, I have water coming in to my basement and ruining everything that's on the floor. This policy needs to change at the corporate level. Customer service stated that the manufacturer requires the unit to be looked at by a mechanic. Somewhere Farm and Fleet needs to take responsibility for a faulty item that has come out of the box bad and just swap it out for one that is working. They wouldn't even do that.

Order cancelled

I placed an online order for a Milwaukee combo String trimmer and blower with a Pole Saw attachment. Order was approved and my Credit Card was charged and also approved with a delivery date provided.
Later in the day I receive an email stating that the order was cancelled. NO explanation but an 800 number was provided for Customer Service to answer any questions about the cancellation.
I called that number an the Customer SERVICE person said she had no idea why the cancellation but she would notify the main office that I needed an explanation.
Monday afternoon I get an email stating to call them.
I did. The person said I could reorder the items. I said go ahead then she states that they are out of stock and won't be available.
Blaine's sucks big time. Never using them again. As far as I am concerned the only thing Farm and Fleet is good for is Bird seed

I ordered 30 cases of 1/2 gallon mason…

I ordered 30 cases of 1/2 gallon mason Jars . They were shipped to my business in Tampa Florida. Wraped in bubble wrap so well that a truck could have run over them and not broken them. The prices were very competitive. Have been in the Honey business for over 100 years. Shipping from their location to Tampa was in 5 days. Thanks Joe Brown of Tampa Gold Honey

Buyer beware!

My product was originally supposed to be delivered on 6/25/24, but when it pushed to 6/27/24 I didn’t think too much of it. After a week late, I started to email and call (Bethany and Julia), but I’m being told I must wait until a USPS investigation is done. I asked to escalate to a manager, but was told it wouldn’t do any good. They will not send a replacement unit or refund my money. Don’t shop here!

I was ask to leave a tip when I checked…

I was ask to leave a tip when I checked out in the debit machine. A tip for what? At no time did I interact with a single employee in that store. Even the cashier didn't really speak to me. And they want me to leave a tip? That put me off so bad I likely won't be going back. They carry nothing I can't find somewhere else.

I had my oil changed yesterday on my…

I had my oil changed yesterday on my Ford F150. When I got the report at the end they said I had 2 issues. 1. Over filled oil 2. Zero tread on my front passenger tire on the inside wall. I addressed the issues when I pick up my truck ( which was right away cuz I was in the store ). First, they were the ones who did my previous oil change so the over filling was on them. Second, I asked to have my tires rotated due to a trip south in 2 days. They told me my oil wasn’t too bad 🤨 and that they don’t rotate tires less than 2/32 tread and that I wanted that tire in front rather than the back if it was bad 😡. I maybe a female but I’m not an idiot!!! Never is it better to have a bad tire as a steering tire. I will never go back!!

Bad oil changes

They went to do a simple oil change. My vehicle went in their in great condition but came out with oil pressure sensor damage. The prior time they damaged my housing unit costing me an additional $150 at another shop. Now I've got to having someone fix something again. I'm not ever coming back here again.

Update your website!

I gave this a 1 star because I ordered the Curleys Hot n Spicy bbq sauce just to be sent the spicy...paid 3xs the amount to return it and then reordered just to be sent the same! Ok, so I call and was told it was re-labeled yet thier website still says Hot n Spicy...I was like, shouldn't I have been told this when I called last time when I thought I ordered the wrong stuff, because I was made to feel as if I was crazy and ordered the wrong stuff...The right thing to do was for them to say, hey sorry, our website is wrong, let me ship you out a couple bottles...but in this day n age that kind of customer service gone. Just like my future orders to them are.

Employees playing around on the job

We visited the store was standing and waiting to get checked out while 3 store employees were playing with a Mule 4 Runner also one the employee was the store manger. I very disappointed in their behavior they didn't the time to address the customers needs before I said something to fact is someone going to open another cash register because the line backing up. As a customer who has Rheumatoid Arthritis I was in pain and rather frustrated in the time it took someone to check me out.

They have no returns on yard tractors

You buy a tractor, it's only bad if they say so. Unlike most companies, your opinion doesn't count. You don't like it. That's on you.Unhappy! Too bad. What they consider is good enough for you is the way it is. Don't make the mistake I did. Only deal with companies that give you a little time to try out your new tractor.

Total corprate lack of customer service

Wanted information about why I was not getting my rewards points. Could not get an answer from on-line system. Sent a letter to president and got an email from head of customer service claiming she had answered my question. Total lies.

The country canning jars and lids are worthless.

The country canning jars and lids are worthless. First half of my large order of pint wide mouth jars were smashed and all broken. There was glass everywhere and I had to clean all the jars from tiny powdery crushed glass. It was a hassle to get replaced and or refunded. So I start my garden grow all summer start my canning, and all the lids failed, buckled up and let water in and my food out into the water. I have a picture of what happened. I called and told them What happened and they offered to do nothing.

I have had an issue since January and…

I have had an issue since January and it's now mid March. Their President, manager of customer service and a Director over Broadcast Marketing didn't feel that a customer, that has tried to resolve an issue since January, was important enough to contact me back. In the five years I shopped at this store, I have had issues and Blain's never seems like they know how to address customer concerns. They just don't seem to be trained. I had issues with their lack of staffing and then wasted time with them trying to find someone, when multiple attempts had me walking back and forth to the paint department several times and no one ever came. I had issues with their pet groomers and when you escalate to the corporate office, they use excuses, believing they can do nothing to help if they speak politely. They cannot. Their Owner / CEO, President and corporate office staff feel that they can ignore issues, as they apparently feel they make enough revenue with the way they treat customers. I will never be back to any of Blain's stores again.

Farm and Fleet Does not like their loyal customers

Farm and fleets customer service is nothing to tell anyone about except stay away from this company

They talk a good game but absolutely no action at all

I have tried everything to get answers from this company about a warranty issue and no one has been able to speak with me they have the nerve to tell you to keep calling back - in hopes that you might be able to speak with someone only to tell them you entire situation again for the 3rd time

I called corporate today after 8 days without a response only to be told all the managers where in meetings but assured me 100% that I would be called back today…here it is 9:37pm without a call I guess I know where the employees learn their bad habits from - it’s there bosses

I will never ever step foot into another farm and fleet store as long as I live and my mission is to tell everyone I see or speak too the same message

I’m sure I will never hear from them because they can not stand the fact that someone would pursue this as long as I have and the only way to satisfy my request now is to give me what I want at ZERO cost. My family went 8 days without a vehicle.

Went elsewhere. Warranty work being completed in one day.
On parts purchased at farm and fleet!!
Farm and failure is more like it!

Wait time was terrible

The new Cooper tires are great. The time to put them in was not. I can’t believe it took 2hrs and 40 minutes to put on 4 tires and align my car. They have tire machines to take off tires from rims and put new ones on. Air archers for the lug nuts. How can this possibly take this long? My son used to work there years ago and it doesn’t take that long to do this job. I waited and waited! Not happy!!
