The Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!
To begin, I ordered a pressure canner from Blain's as it was a pressure cooker and canner that could handle 9 quarts as it was described on their website. When the appliance came in, it was simply a pressure cooker. I called the manufacturer where I was told IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS that I was not to try and pressure can with this appliance. It was further explained by the manufacturer that what was shipped to me was "old product" and no longer offered for sale by them to their dealers.
Following Blain's website return policy, I boxed up the appliance, insured it and shipped it back to them AT A COST OF NEARLY $76.00! Understand that nowhere on their website does it say to call for a return shipping label. I correctly and precisely did what the return shipping form said to do.
I later called their customer service to alert them of the return and problem with their item description. At that call, I spoke with an excellent person at Blain's. She checked the website, saw the issue and agreed with me. The issue was not mine. Please know that I was refunded the full amount of the shipping charges. It was explained that I would not receive the product refund until it arrived at their facility.
That said, I was later refunded only the total price of the appliance + original shipping in 2 separate credits. In a nutshell, what Blains did was to subtract the first refund from what I paid originally instead of what I was refunded for shipping. So, I am still out of pocket for the shipping charges.
Today, I spoke with a very rude and obtuse customer service representative who could not see the issue with my explanation and evidence before her. She promised a return call and here I sit, again with the hope I give up. Again, their wish is now my reality...I give up!
That being the case, I have been waiting for the long ago promised shipping refund. Know that I have made several calls to their customer service but to no avail. This matter appears like it will never be resolved. I can only think that what Blain's wants to have happen is that I will simply give up. Well, I have indeed given up after today's effort to clear up the matter.
Please, stay away from this company. Do not order or purchase from them! It clearly is simply not worth the hassle. If you do, you will be sorry.

Katia at the Verona Wi store went above and beyond to help me with a search for kayaks. She didn’t just brush me off like so many other Farm and Fleet had done, she went to her computer and look things up and actually contacted other stores to help me locate the item I was looking for. It was beginning to be a tedious process so I left my phone number with her and she continued her search throughout the day. She text me with all the results that she had found and help me to purchase the item I was looking for. Literally everyone else from all the other stores I contacted basically said do it yourself and one trying to do it myself I found out that they often did not have the product that the website said they had. It was very frustrating and I’m sure it was very frustrating for her also, however she persevered and got the job done and done extremely well! I am very grateful to her and my son will have a wonderful birthday because of her. I hope farm and fleet reads this and acknowledges a job well done.

This store pissed me off greatly and I will never go back. First off it was just built here in my area and what they carry I could already get at my local stores within a couple miles. This place has nothing that all the other stores don't already have. Just some big shot working his way in on the other business's in the area. Just another competitor trying to steal local customers. Funny saying that, because I was just there last week for a tarp and asked the cashier if they had space heaters at my checkout. She said yes, she pointed to the back of the store but I was already in a hurry and figured another week I'll come back. It was a cold night last night, and today is very rainy and gloomy. I looked online this morning because I like to see exactly what I getting before I go. Also if they actually have it in stock, so I am not wasting my time. I'm a guy, I like to get in and out! I found a cheaper but reliable brand and they had 5 in stock for pickup, it said on their website. So I get ready and go to Blains... I walked to the back of the store where the cashier pointed last week. I found nothing! I asked a stock worker in the back of the store where space heaters were. She then pointed me to the far back corner, still nothing! I asked a stock worker in the back corner and he pointed me to Seasonal in the middle of the store. I am already annoyed and then of course nothing! I had to ask once again a different worker in Seasonal where they were. She looked on her device and she pointed towards outdoors/sporting goods. I go there and yes, but they were all for ice fishing and deer blinds. At this point my blood is boiling! I then again found another worker in Sporting goods and he looked online for me... He said that they are in the warehouse still. I follow him and waited another 5 minutes. He came back and said that they weren't pulled yet from last year and that they would be in the main warehouse. He said about 5-10 minutes longer. I said sure! I waited patiently and then he comes back with news that they are still working on it that they are buried under other pallets. At this point I was pissed! I had wasted my morning at the store and looking online prior for one simple reason. TO MAKE SURE I DIDN'T WASTE MY DAMN TIME! What a crock of a store! They have an employee in every department, but no one knows anything! At the very least, If you're going to barge your way into our area, know where your darn products are, have reliable service and update the stinkin website!

The store in Traverse City is clean and friendly. I purchased two pairs of jeans there but size was incorrect. Went on line to order and found them but could not get the sale price. Called the store and asked about getting the sale price because they did not have them in stock. The customer service associate said they had on pair left in stock in the size I needed. Asked if I could pay for them over the phone and pick them up and she said no. Asked if they would hold them and I would come pick them up. Again she said no and nothing else. Customer service stinks at Blain’s. Guess I will continue to shop at Home Depot and Menards where they have customer service that is helpful. Would not recommend this store.

Ok so I'm acually really annoyed. I bought a smoke hollow grill , it's half smoker half regular bbq with the attachment burner. I bought this gril for my boyfriends birthday, hes been dying for a huge bbq and it came at a reasonable price. I haven't even had the grill for 6 months and the damn thing has gone on fire about 3 times already!!! This last time being the absolute last because now its ruined!! The 1st time ok, maybe it was my fault ? The 2nd I thought the same thing but this time I know for a fact it wasnt me because the paint on the back of the bbq got to hot and the whole grill went up in flames . This bbq SUCKS ! With no warentee expecting this to be as high quality as it was advertised to be so THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME WAIST OVER 800$ ON GARBAGE PRODUCT !!! NEVER AGAIN

I used the online ordering system to have products that were not in stock at my local store shipped to me. The ordering process was easy and the expected ship date is about a week, which is fine for me. The shipping cost was also reasonable. In general, I have always had positive experiences with the Woodstock, IL store of Blains Farm and Fleet. I can say the same about the online ordering process. It is easy and seamless and past purchases have arrived in time.

More so now than previously, I'm noticing some significant inventory shortfalls at my local Blain's. Entire shelves empty of merchandise, or in-stock/on display so limited it gives the appearance that the store is going out of business. Certainly hope vendors are being paid on time and aren't holding back replenishment items . . . F & F has always been one of my favorite stores, but something seems amiss lately.

Ordered on 6/6/2020 Item never shipped
Ordered on 6/6/2020. Received notice the item shipped on same day. As of 6/15/2020 USPS indicated the package was never shipped. Called customer service and was told the order is filled and they would need to refer my order to their shipping department and that could take up to 72 hours. I told the rep that this was not acceptable and was transferred to another rep. This rep offered a refund or they could ship it again and it would take another 9 days to be delivered. I requested a refund.

I went in for service to get an accessory put on and they told me it takes 2 hours and 30 minutes. Got back here right around that time and said it’ll be another hour and 30. They show zero consideration for what someone has planed for the day

Rice lake blain’s Use’s Wells Fargo and that’s the reason you as a customer must wait 7-10 days for your money to get back to you because they use your money and give it back when they want to. 10' x 15' Carport
I ordered a 10' x 15' carport and when it was delivered many of the parts were scratched and not in "new" condition. When I called, I talked to Josh in Customer service and provided photos. He immediately told me to box it up and provided a bill of lading for the pickup of the damaged parts. When I asked about some compensation for this issue and the time delay Josh agreed to waive the shipping cost. Once the item was picked up, Josh immediately put the order in to have a new unit shipped which arrived ahead of schedule.

Went to farm and fleet in Madison WI and asked the employee where deck wash was, and instead of actually helping me out she says...it's over there somewhere. I then asked another employee after searching for 15 mins and the second employee took me over to the deck wash location. On another day I went back to farm and fleet to buy some crocs, found a hanging plant with no price tag, so I stopped to ask an employee to check for a price on the plant. At that moment, the same rude employee from the previous incident walked by with a flat bed cart and some shovels that were suppose to be hanging on a hook on the flat bed. As she walks past me, one of the shovels fell and almost hit me and instead of apologizing, she picks it up off of the floor, glares at me like it was my fault and rolls her eyes and walks away! You'd think their employees would be better on customer service!
