I needed to buy some specific hand tools and could only find them at Farmers Equipment. The process from order to delivery was very efficient and updates all very accurate. The packaging was very safe and secure, which was very important. The products are of great materials and build quality. Farmers Equipment will be my go-to first choice for future purchases that I know I'm going to need to make.

Excellent service in these Covid times. Prices cheaper than my previous supplier and whilst slightly delayed it is totally understandable. Genuine company, genuine prices, genuine kit, highly recommended.

Great service. I ordered a Stihl line trimmer was a bit apprehensive as I had never heard of or used farmers equipment previously. My delivery time was slightly longer than i expected took about a week and a half to come but can't complain I used the live chat on their website and they were very helpful explaining the situation. Will use farmers equipment again.

Brilliant! I rang and asked if they had an particular item as it was on their website at a good price and was told it was in stock and could be delivered in a few days. I ordered my strimmer on Thursday and it arrived on the following Monday.

I would highly recommend Farmers Equipment, For a good web site, honesty, delivery and for customer service, I bought a soil trommel but it wasnt in stock when i ordered it and when i sopke to a very helpful chap he said i would have it in 2 to 3 days as it was coming from their distributors and sure enough it was delivered this morning ahead of time so top marks for everything. This weekend will be the test for the machine

Apart from the product been useless I had to wait 3 months for the refund.
My emails went unanswered.

• Bit poorly trained in customer communication.
• Belle failed them in fulfilling an order.
• Took their time refunding me.
• Had to chase them repeatedly.

They seemed alright to begin with but they might benefit from a bit of staff training perhaps? To be fair, Belle let them down by not fulfilling an order, which wasn't their fault - but they made no attempt to contact me and I had to repeatedly chase them both phone and email about it. Then I had to chase them (both phone and email again) about a refund. Not a complete shambles - too early to tell. Asked them about it but they didn't respond.
If you're running a business and relying on equipment, this sort of thing can waste a week of work and cost you money. Think they need to understand that and be a bit more pro-active.

I was in the middle of purchasing my Belle whacker plate elsewhere but was not happy when checking out some reviews. It could have been a few pounds cheaper, but then again I could have ended up with a load of hassle. Changed by mind and went with Farmers Equipment, and they delivered without hassle. I will use them again for peace of mind.

After my cement mixer motor burnt out I thought I was going to be hiring for a week or so, but ordered that night and Two days later my new mixer arrived .

Searched for best price on internet for Honda inverter generator and even with the postage cost, Farmers Equipment came in at the most competitive price. Delivery was swift; ordered Saturday, arrived Tuesday. Thanks very much.
