Refund never given

Refund never given. Very difficult to return sink that was tapered on sides but not stated in details on website when purchasing. This meant it didn’t not fit the space we had for the sink. Given the run around for weeks both on phone and by messaging when trying to return product. Once returned, no refund given although promised, I’m still owed approx £450. Would never use them again. Company also operates from Australia, Farmhousesinks.com.au.
