disgusting service
I ordered 4 cree leds - order acknowledged.
2 weeks later I had an email asking how did we do ?
this email was repeated the following day so I contacted customer service by email and asked where ny goods were . the following day I received an email saYING THEY HAD BEEN DELIVERED. I asked for details they then sent a tracking number only. I had to ask for the courier. and then check the courier website. I found the tracking no and a photo of the delivery in a house porch. Not mine. I asked Farnell for a replacement they refused saying I paid by credit card so they could not do so. I acutally paid by debit card a big difference. They want me to reorder and pay again NOT LIKELY. I ac see a county court judgement coming here . DISGUSTING SERVICE
