Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Our driver was very patient when we were delayed getting through the new e-gates at Faro Airport, and arrived in plenty of time for our 3.40am return pick-up. The vehicles were spacious and spotlessly clean. We couldn’t fault them and would definitely use them again.

Faro to Carvoeiero - Apartment stay
We landed in Faro to a WhatsApp message explaining where to meet the organiser and the driver was ready to bring us to our accommodation, he ensured we were at the correct address before departing. On the return trip, the driver was 15 minutes early and content to wait until the agreed departure time or go when we were ready, this meant we got to the airport earlier than expected. Both drivers helped with our bags. The booking process was smooth and I received a detailed email the day before each pick up. The vehicles were clean with AC available and the price was fair.

Excellent service and experience
We booked this company for both our airport transfer to the hotel and our return journey, and if I could give 10 stars, I would.
Communication was excellent throughout. We received text messages as soon as our plane landed with clear instructions on where to meet our driver in the arrivals hall.
A family member became unwell just as we were about to head to the vehicle, and the travel co-ordinator and driver were incredibly patient, waiting for us and offering help until they felt well enough to travel.
On the day of our return journey, I contacted the company twice to ask about adjusting our pick-up time. Both times, they replied quickly and were friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Both of our drivers were professional, friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to book with this company again and would happily recommend them to anyone travelling to Faro.

What a great company the reps were waiting for us at the airport even though there was a delay and the driver was very pleasant and helpfull .and on the return we had a problem after leaving luggage in a taxi which we had to wait to be returned in the meantime our transfers turned but there was no problem for them to wait for us and again the drivers were very friendly and helpfull I would highly recommend this company .
