AVOID. I asked them to fix leak in the roof and once they started, they said I needed more work doing, so the price tripled. I felt pressurised into having it done. I thought the price was very expensive. Subsequently I found a leak in the guttering. A minor problem which would probably only take 5 minutes for them to fix. The leak was not there before. (They renewed soffits and replaced existing guttering when they refelted the roof). I phoned 3 times and messaged once to get them to fix the gutter and they did not have the courtesy to return my call. The work was supposed to be guaranteed. I am a 72 year old disabled woman so can't get up ladders myself otherwise I would try and fix it. Very unprofessional. Would definitely not recommend!!

Wanted new fascias fitted but the roof was in a terrible state .Johnny have us a couple of options we decided to have a new roof.John kept us informed all along even when he was on holiday.we had a bad start with the weather had a few hiccups scot came on last day and finished everything and tidied up to a high standard .roof looks great

We have just had our fascia’s, soffits and drain pipes replaced . Johnny gave us a really good price. The guys doing the job were really professional and left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend the company.

Installed fascias soffits & guttering to large curved flat roofed kitchen diner. Work was trickier because of the curve.
Good communication with Johnny. Work completed before scheduled time. Lads did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Good advice from John re fascia requirements and also for conservatory roof. We decided to go ahead with the Fasciarite and the staff who our attended were very friendly, answered questions clearly, regularly checked with us that we were happy with the work done and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with Fasciarite and fully recommend them.

Asked John to replace our facia boards & guttering on our house & garage just over a year ago.
The lads did a fantastic job & we were delighted with the standard of work & how tidy they left everything.
Importantly there was an issue with a gutter recently messaged John & a couple of the team came to sort it, no problem.

Excellent all round team. Really good price and excellent workmanship.Soffits, Fascia and guttering replaced in one day to front and back of terraced house. Workers also identified that the roof felt was not correctly installed so offered same day solution to rectify the issue. Very impressed.

Helpful and accomodating, had half a dozen loose/ broken tiles which needed replacing under a ridged tile. Quoted 1 to 2 weeks, but as things fell they managed to come round the next day and do the job! The price and service was right. Will definately use again next time I need roof work.

We were very impressed with Fascia Rite, from beginning to end. John pointed out the pros and cons of different things and provided a competitive quote. Cheapest, no, but by far the most complete.

When it came time to actually do the work, the team couldn't have been more professional. Thorough, polite, knowledgeable and, unusual these days, came when they said they would and worked the entire day.

The end result? A fabulous looking roof.

Nothing was too much trouble for these boys,they did an excellent job and tidied up after themselves you couldn't tell I had anything done apart from a lovely new roof

I have used John previously and cannot recommend him highly enough, on this occasion I rang him for a leak on my roof answered my call immediately and arranged to come out and view. Carried out a repair to make the roof water tight and made no charge for his time or service. A true gentleman and would never use any other company, honest and reliable.

Had our conservatory roof replaced with a solid tiled roof by Fasciarite. From the start to discussing requirements with John, to planning, to building, right through to plastering was a great experience. John was always on hand for any enquiries. The workmen worked tirelessly through what I consider to be one of the worst weeks of weather we have had this year without complaint. Punctual and helpful moving everything from garden furniture to a large pergola which took 5 people to move. Lots of joviality, cheek and extremely hard work from a great group of lads. Definitely would recommend-without hesitation. One last word - make sure you have plenty of tea and coffee in because they don't half like a brew.

Poor, shoddy workmanship. Guttering discharged directly onto decking, it was screwed directly into facia, cement pointing remove for work not replaced, plastic bits of cut off etc from job dumped into gutter, replacement roof uneven. Was promised they would return and fix issues, I made the mistake of believing him and paid. Never heard from them again and to be honest I don't want them working on my property again. Ended up fixing it myself

Work was completed in a timely manner, and looks absolutely fantastic!
Everything was left spotless after the work had finished, could not recommend them more! Excellent!
