Beware: They sent me an inferior diamond than what I ordered I ordered a specific lab-grown diamond with its IGI certificate number (LG727572151, 3.30 ct, oval cut, color E). They sent me a DIFFERENT diamond with another certificate number (LG787659723, 3.35 ct) and of inferior quality to the one I selected and paid for. They never notified me about the swap. If I hadn't checked the certificate numbers and measurements, I wouldn't have noticed. They tried to substitute the product without my authorization. This is a bad business practice. Check EVERYTHING when you receive: · IGI certificate number · Exact weight and measurements · Compare the stone to the certificate Don't just trust the invoice. Buying here is a risk.

I 100% agree with you about not calling you about the diamond. We should have called you before setting the 3,35 ct E-VVS2 "(IGI # LG787659723). I'm sure there was something about the 3.33 E-VVS2 that attracted you which we missed. We did not intend to cheat you. We never have with any customer. Hence we sent a return label and issued a full refund ASAP.
We have made some changes in our process to ensure this does not happen again.
