Reso a pagamento in caso di prodotti difettosi

Voglio raccontare la mia esperienza di acquisto, nonostante sia stata nel tempo un ottima cliente spendendo centinaia di euro negli ultimi mesi per ordini online su Fashion Market, contatto il servizio clienti perché mi capita di ricevere un prodotto difettoso, un cappello di paglia arrivato con le cuciture saltate almeno 7/8 punti, il che è facilissimo dato che spediscono i prodotti in buste di plastica leggerissime e senza protezioni, come pensate che possa arrivare un cappello di paglia?
Il servizio clienti mi risponde che accettano il reso a mie spese oppure devo recarmi al negozio a 50 km da casa mia, in pratica mi propongono la procedura classica per rendere il prodotto come se fosse arrivato sano a casa mia. Io la trovo una presa in giro bella e buona, perché l'articolo è di poco valore, e non conviene né rispedire né affrontare un viaggio in autostrada per il reso. Non mi pare che preveda questo la tutela dei consumatori che acquistano prodotti online e ricevono merce danneggiata. Molto, molto delusa!
