Ordered a dress months ago. They said it was delivered on 1st July. It wasn't! I have asked for a full refund. They offered me 40%, then 50%, then 70%. I requested again, the full refund. They eventually agreed, but said it would take 15 days. Over a month later...Still NO REFUND. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Definite scam. Tracking information appeared dodgy from the get go and after waiting over a month for delivery, the “courier” had updated the information as delivered. But nope, not delivered. Customer service do answer emails cryptically and offered to resend the item. I’ve declined and requested a refund. Let’s see how that goes.

Ordered in good faith, via Facebook ,since cant be found on facebook when i have looked,then saw all poor reviews,there are a lot.
I have emailed customer services a lot and they have responded.i have tracking info .
However im still not hopeful i will recieve order.Purley based on the amount of poor reviews i have read.Even if i recieve it,honest opinion i wont re order ever from the company.Will wait due to what is stated on tracking see if it ever arrives.
Although reviews for tracking site are all poor.
My advice is Avoid ,order from somewhere more reputable.
More annoyed as one of items i ordered i really wanted and loved it.

After 25 days of waiting for delivery in UK it showed on tracking as delivered - whats interesting is that I checked tracking at 1pm on 19/07 and my parcel was delivered and showing delivered on 19/07 at 18:21! They work in the future…. Or china time.
Useless customer service, wont give money back, using some pitty ready translated excuses. BE AWARE

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM site. Link on FB for Potatist fashion. Ordered 100 dollars worth of clothing. Received emails confirming order, updated email with shipping details. What i actually received was a cheap ring with no shipping note nor returns slip.

BUYER BEWARE !! They don’t ship the goods nor offer a full refund .. I managed to haggle a 90% refund from them on a $55 order and they insulted me by refunding my $2.06

Fraud company received 3rd class clothes only..not I ordered… paid money through upi..fake..lost my money

I have ordered 5 items kurthas and payment also made. Aroundv15 days before.No response till date, cheating paid via upi on 27.4.23 -UPI/DR/311752136722/PAYU RS. 766/-

I would rate them negative if there would be an option. Ordered in January 2023, didn’t receive my order. Received an email that order been shipped and I paid extra for express delivery.
Emailed them thrice, no reply.
They are FRAUD for sure. They should be banned on social media and should be charged.

Run!!! I would rate them negative if possible!! We received the wrong color, and they told us if I wanted to send it back I had to send it to China!!! The original package was sent from within the United States. After a multiple email exchange, they say that they will not refund us. Trust all the reviews that state this company is disreputable and worthless.

Very bad! I ordered in January/23 , payed and have not heared anything from them since. I did send 2 reminders, but got no reaction.

I ordered 2 slipcovers that I was told were shipped from CA- they arrived- didn't fit & now I have to return them to CHINA for $85- shipping!!! Horrible company- horrible customer service- huge rip-off!!! Do Not TRUST THEM STAY AWAY- DISGUSTED & ANGRY CUSTOMER

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Through Facebook I ordered 2 bras from Alike Fashion. They were incorrectly sized, cheaply made and uncomfortable. They would not accept returns (which have to be sent to China) and offered me a 10% refund which was increased to 30% when I complained. So depriving me of my consumer rights and wasting money. AVOID!

I ordered those glasses December 2nd and have not received them yet. I'm beginning to think this company is a scam watch out

Item not like adevertised. Wrong size regarding reality (it was indeed a 43 but for normal standard I would say was more like a 40). Arrogant Customer Service working in a rush and not addressing complaints. They copy paste information in a repetitive way. I do recommend to STAY AWAY.
