I ordered 4 of the garden fairies they are 49 dollars each or buy 3 get 1 free so i went with 4 for the price of 3.
The fairies took 3 months to arrive. And 3 out of 4 were broken. After a bit of back and forth over email they indicated they would give me a partial refund and I agreed because it looked like i could glue the arms back on to the 49 dollar yard ornaments that I ordered. Today I received my partial refund of 3 dollars after waiting 3 months and receiving 3 out of 4 broken I recieved 3 dollars.
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered

My husband ordered a set of stained glass octopi for my birthday. The tracking shows it being received multiple times a week at two locations in China, then reported as “delivered”. It never left China. I only just discovered this site listing their reviews or I never would have suggested it. I can only hope we can get our money back.

Ordered a product which they claimed they shipped. There were never any follow up notifications, and I never recieved it. Their customer service email doesn't even exist. Total scam, learned my lesson the hard way. Stay away.

i ordered 4 products from Fashion Abby and all are very disappointing. The product size is less than half of what they pictured multiple times on their website. The blue tequila rustic sculptures are pictured on their website as being 2-3 feet tall, and having 10-12 leaves. what I received was barely a foot tall and had 9 or fewer leaves, making them too small for even a simple planter addition. Do not waste your money. The fairy with lantern i ordered, was broken when it arrived and was also less than a foot tall.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! i ordered something on April 2nd, three weeks later I hadn't heard anything so reached out wishing to cancel my order. for the next two weeks, they kept sending me emails apologizing for the delay because they were behind on orders and asking why I wanted to cancel and if I didn't respond within 3 days they would ship my product when it was ready. I responded 4-5 times to this email over a two week period giving them reasons, adding in the last email that their customer service is terrible. After my last email, I received a response apologizing they couldn't cancel my order because it just shipped. They intentionally avoided dealing with my issue and request to cancel so they could keep my money. this company is sketchy and aweful and I would not advise dealing with them. We'll see how aweful this product is when I receive it, it's probably cheap compared to the money I spent.

I ordered a stained glass hummingbird and what I received was just colored plastic molded garbage. It took over a month to get the product after a number of attempts to contact their customer service. I asked for a refund and was told all they would give me a 10% discount. Do not purchase anything from this website!
