Where are my 2 orders?????? I ordered it at the beginning of December, emailed your customer services for an update 14th and still haven’t received my delivery or a response with an update! Absolutely appalling service, will never order from here ever again! I don’t even want to orders anymore I just want my money back!!
Oh and based on your response to another customer in the same situation as me, stating that you would have appreciated it if they would have tried to contact you direct - I already have and it’s been over a month with no response.

Purchased this from my Grandaughter’s choices of potential Christmas gifts. I was able to track progress of dispatch from China, using an external tracking app, with tracking information supplied from Fashionably Mine. Tracked right up to UK delivery to my address, which was very reassuring.
I am very impressed with the quality, price & style of the coat & I am sure my Grandaughter will be delighted.

I never been so shocked by the great service before I always had a such hard time when I do online shopping and refund. Never expected to get my money back before I ask for it. I was just waiting for my order even though it takes over 10 days to arrive but once when I told that I don’t receive my one of order immediately they refund my money. I was so impressive by the customer service. Thanks again and will order more in the future and will suggest my friends too.👌🏽👍🏽

Still waiting for the goods
Having ordered 1 item on 19th October 2021, informed you that my goods have not arrive I am directed to the website. The website then tells me my goods have been dispatch and it’s on it’s way and will only take a couple of days. It’s now 8th November and still my goods have not arrive……………so I have no goods to comment on!

However if you want to cancel your order please let us know immediately by emailing contactus@fashionablymine.com in order to cancel your order and we will issue you a full refund. This would have been the more appropriate way rather than make false accusation regarding our business. Also our site is being upgraded and will be relaunched on Monday and not that it is not running.
Again please let us know at your earliest if you would rather wait or cancel your order for a refund.

Waited a long time for delivery and I ordered med size as I usually fit 10/12 it is more like a small 8/10 cannot do top button up 🙁🙁
