I don’t feel comfortable about this company with all the negative reviews I’ve ordered a water spray gun and got no email from them to say when I can expect a delivery .they have received the money.I will wait till next week before getting PayPal involved.

Complete scam. I should have read the reviews of this website first before ordering.
I have ordered a product more than a month ago without receiving the product.. No updates, no respons on my emails addressed to their costumer service.
Do not order anything on this website!

Sweater did not remotely resemble picture, piece of striped polyester garbage, fit was so off, would have worked for a 6 ft. man. Do not purchase from this site.

My wife bought I very nice photo of a Cardigan ribbed knit .What arrived was complete load of rubbish a printed piece of polyester in fact a road of lubbish .A complete misrepresentation I am amazed that Fashionnono No is allowed to exist .Do not buy do not send money do not pass go .
I am sure we will not get a full refund and bunch of flowers for my wife

I ordered this a what looked to be a beautiful sweater and finally after weeks, got a piece of paint stamped piece of fabric. Nothing like the picture. When I emailed them, no response.

Scammer, never got my order of more than $ 200.

The items I received were nothing at all like what was advertised. This is false advertising and fraud. Yet they continue to do business. I will take the steps necessary that they discontinue this sight. Buyer beware!!

Terrible experience. I made my order almost one year ago and I have not received it. I send several emails and at the beginning the answer was to wait a for more days; and now they have not answered anymore.

I organized the purchase of 3 items of women,s clothing from Fashionana on the 9/6/19. 2 of the 3 items arrived in July
The third item is supposedly still coming. I have sent numerous
Emails to service @fashionana a different person replies each time
Saying there is a delay. I have asked for refund, they make no
Comment other than there is a delay . I asked for refund of $31.18
In $A dollars. I did not think other 2 items were worth what I paid

I love this store, they have items clothing etc that you cannot buy in stores.. So glad i found this site im giving it also to my daughters, they will love it

Terrible quality goods. Poor service. Avoid these people they are scammers.
Returns have to go to China although goods are shipped from within Australia.

Wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them! Same story as everyone else - poor quality, bad fit, and they don't honour their refund obligations .Don't buy!!

Horrible! They have the worse products ever! I have ordered a winter coat and I received a summer jacket instead. Cheap Chinese Materials! It suppose to have fur ,but it's a seethru fur. It's a TRAP! Don't buy!

The jackets I ordered took about 2 months to arrive and also the quality was poor plus the fact that I also had to pay a hefty Customs Duty on them!

I ordered two jackets, only received one and the one they sent was the wrong color. They charged me for both and never responded to repeated inquiries. The one package I received was shipped directly from China, so returning it was not financially feasible.

I placed my order for a jacket that they had been advertising back in October. It is December and I still haven’t received my order. Every time I contact the company they tell me they will notify me once it has shipped. They have poor customer service with no shipment updates. They also don’t give refunds until you receive your items EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED! Do not buy from this company.

Beware of the “Fashionana” store advertising on Facebook. They Do Not respond to Customer Service Requests. They just take the money and don’t care if they get your order correctly. I’ve emailed them 5 times, NO RESPONSE!

There is NO phone number listed, probably an overseas company.
